Free breakfast was mainly bread and jam but free is free. Also free coffee. On top of a restaurant so expect noise until they close. Bit of a tough uphill walk back from waterfront but doable.

Gorgeous view from hotel restaurant window over towards Lake Como. Comfortable room and quiet spot. Limited parking outside of hotel but parking garage very close. Downhill walk to the town and lakeside. Excellent food in restaurant and good choice for breakfast. Staff friendly. Excellent value for money.

We had a great stay. Rooms are above restaurant and you have to go through restaurant. Very nice room and great Italian vibe. Really loved it. Breakfast was amazing. Host was very helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant. It was one of the best Italian food I had on our trip. Overall great experience.
