It was great, the only issue was the blind was broke but the front desk came up to our room and helped to manually adjust it. He was a friendly guy!

This time the hot water on the 3rd floor took 5 minutes for the pipes to warm up.

Wonderful stay!

Very nice comfortable room, lots of restaurant choices nearby.

Room was clean

We stayed three days for a tennis tournament really like the people that work there were very friendly and helpful breakfast was pretty decent not a lot of options but what they had was good. The biggest light down was breakfast was supposed to be served at 7:30 in the morning the last morning we were there they didn’t open the doors to let people into almost 8 o’clock there was a huge amount of people waiting, and then they had an attitude about it.

The staff had to try 3 times to find us a room where the cold water faucet did not run hot water same as the hot water valve. Something wrong in their plumbing. It turned out that the whole side of that wing second floor was sending hot water to both faucets.

Great stay! Would highly recommend.

Can’t comment on the breakfast until we have it tomorrow morning but reviews have been positive. The room is large and spotless. I love the lighting around the bathroom mirror.

Pleasant young man at the front desk. Room was clean and bed comfy after a long day driving.

The bathroom was dirty with hair all on the floor and shower. Hair was in the creases of the bed.

I thought my stay was alright, my travel team stayed there. The staff was polite, rooms were clean. One thing that really bothered us, was after a long day of basketball, the teams parents are sitting in the lobby with the children, not being loud or anything, watching the nba playoffs on the television, the time is about 10:45pm, and we are told the lobby is closed, the tv must go off, and we cannot hang out together down there because of a curfew? We are adults, paying good money to stay there, would be staying often, but any trip our team has gone on, this has never been said to us. He was polite about it, no rude, only doing his job, my complaint isn’t with him, it’s with the rule. Everything else was great. Because of that, our team looked confused, felt like we were being told what to do, and we decided we won’t stay at these hotels again. Unfortunate, because everything else was on point.

This Holiday Inn was very pleasant and well located. Staff are attentive and pleasant. It has all you need.

Perfect hotel for our basketball tourney. Clean, friendly staff, updated rooms. Zero complaints.
