The price is atrocious considering its in the middle of a s*** hole. Only stay here if you are desperate for sleep near the hospital.

The Hotel is great for either short or long stay. Good staff and excellent food. Not far from the Tubeline. Room nice and cosy.

Rummet var bra. Det som var mindre bra va att det inte var något tryck från varken dusch- och handfatsblandaren, varmvattnet fanns nästan inte.

Good stay, would go again. Easy access to Elizabeth line but there's not much else in the immediate area in terms of restaurants and bars. So it's a good job the hotel restaurant and bar is great! Had a lovely meal although it was on the pricey side, nice cocktails too. Room was small but comfy, very clean and nice bathroom and products. Would have been good if there were hot drinks and water in the room, you have to go into a separate room down the hallway for hot drinks, and there's no milk. Water is £1.50. Other than that, it's a nice hotel and would stay again.

Room spotless and staff really friendly, breakfast was good but suggest you go early. Street noise is quite bad but obviously not alot hotel can do

Fint værelse, sødt personale, okay mad. Morgenmad er ikke buffet, men små retter man kun må få én af ved at booke med morgenmad inkluderet. Ikke nok til at gøre nogen mætte. Værelserne er sindssygt fugtige, virkelig dårligt inde miljø. Kvarteret er ikke det mest trygge, ville ikke medbringe børn der. Meget lydt og meget uro.

Hieno oli iso, hotellin tyyli hyvä, alueella edullisia kiinnostavia ravintoloita. Kätevästi muutaman minuutin kävelymatka metroasemalle, jossa hyvät yhteydet.

Clean room, no frills but nice and good shower. Breakfast - had to go out and buy some elsewhere it was that bad

Room is clean and freshly decorated. The main thing that could be improved is the lighting! The lighting in the bathroom is harsh, at an angle which is useless for looking in the mirror. The lighting in the bedroom is slightly better but still harsh.

Room was fine, balcony area a bit sad and type of material on outdoor seating made them unusable in winter months as always wet. Heating broken so several portable fans/heaters provided. Not the best way to be warm! Restaurant was very good, luggage store easy to use, staff generally helpful.

Worst hotel experience I’ve had. I believe that they hire rude male staff as a requirement.

Couldn't fault my stay, room was perfect for what I wanted. Nice big TV to watch the snooker and shower was powerful. Room was clean and tidy.

Room was really nice & staff were friendly. However, would have given 5 stars, but for a few small amenties that were lacking.

This tucked away hotel was such an amazing experience. The staff were super amazing during my entire stay specifically Olena. The hotel is super clean and the bed is super comfortable and cozy. The showers are nice and clean. The hotel has nice touches that I never experienced in America that make it super cute. There is an ironing room on the 3rd floor which is brilliant and free coffee stations are located on each floor. The second floor has an amazing library/quiet room to work. The 4th floor has a gym and hot tub. The hotel is located within walking distance of the whitechapel train station. The hotel has a nice restaurant "Mr. White's English Coffee that we had a great dinner at. The staff were just as wonderful. A waitress "Nicoletti" not sure of spelling was super nice and cute and did an American accent as a girl named "Tiffany" hilarious. Full transparency, when I arrived at night, I was a little skeptical because it felt like the Bronz or Queens but the area is super safe and everyone was very nice. Its was about a 20 minute walk to Tower Bridge which is a must see. If you are a first time visitor, I would do the bus tours on the first day to get a feel of the areas. Borough Market and Camden Market are a must.
