Property and staff excellent. The surrounding area not so family friendly.

From 10 am you hear the music from the pool so forget about reading a book from the balcony after breakfast! Breakfast is ok but more 3 star hotel buffet. The pool only opens from 10 am to 6 pm - no beach towels no bath ropes - loud music like in a club so if you want party, you are right here. If you want to relax, forget about it. I paid 14 EUR for an artificial strawberry daiquiri which was the worst I ever had. They just added syrup into it, no fresh strawberries! The staff is young and some are rude and arrogant however, some are helpful and customer orientated. I paid extra for a room with frontal sea view. The room was ok the view was more frontal buildings then frontal sea view but yes, you could see the sea. Late check out was not possible even though I would have paid for it. Overall I would rate this hotel with 3 stars and would not recommend this hotel and would not come back. I stayed all over Mallorca and this area is extremely low class - and I thought only Ballermann could top this but no, Malaguf is worse. On the good note - hiking is very nice in this area! You can explore several beautiful small beaches, away from the madness - Malaguf beach is actually beautiful but just now, still low season so I am expecting it to be more like Ballermann or worse in a view weeks. The season just started and the beach is accessible but partially still construction going on.

It’s a simple and clean, very close to Valldemossa.

Hotel is clean, comfortable beds, nice staff. The breakfast was good but the restaurant lunch/dinner was not good, low quality ingredients.

Veldig fornøyd med hotellet totalt sett! Store og fine rom med fresh interiør! Koselig og kul roof top med basseng! Iskaldt vann men nydelig utsikt og atmosfære! God frokost men renholdet i Food Factory var svakt! Vi sølte kakao på gulvet onsdag og det var ikke vasket opp på lørdag heller! Ei heller salt og sukkerbeholder som vi sølte på! Men maten var god! Stor mangel på glass og rene kaffekopper!

Worst hotel ever

Was mir nicht gefallen hat war das Frühstück und der Pool. Bei dem Frühstück gab es keinen Service und immer zu wenig Besteck, welches teilweise nicht sauber war. Dann zum Pool die Hotelgäste konnten sich keine liegen aussuchen, da die vorderen Reihen für Tagesbesucher reserviert waren und ein 0,33 Wasser hat 4€ gekostet.

Staff was kind and helpful. The hotel facilities, were always kept clean and in good condition. The room was spacious and well equipped. The courtesy minibar was a really nice touch. There was great variety at the breakfast buffet and the quality was really good. I would definitely come back

Abbiamo soggiornato12 giorni al Melia’ Calva’ Beach, hotel bello nel complesso, da migliorare sicuramente il cibo e il servizio, più di una volta non hanno rifatto la camera e dimenticato di portare asciugamani puliti, per essere un quattro stelle dovrebbe esserci più attenzione, ci tornerei per la struttura!

The area around the hotel is unappealing, the room was not left clean, towels had a musky smell, and overall incredibly noisy with a night club-like rooftop party by the pool. Despite conversations with staff and requests for a room change, nothing was done.

Hotel excelente, bem próximo da praia, café da manhã muito bom, estacionamento integrado com o elevador dos quartos e staff atencioso. Destaque para o Abraham da recepção.

Hotel super, Personal professionell und sehr freundlich, Zimmer neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frühstück und Abendessen im Hotel schlecht.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Hotel ist nahe am Strand. Das Frühstück war okei jedoch hatte es immer zu wenig Besteck,Teller usw Das Abendessen war eine Katastrophe. Das Essen war immer kalt, die Gerichte wurden nicht angeschrieben somit wusste man nicht was man isst, es gab keine grosse Auswahl und das meiste waren dinge aus dem Tiefkühler. Bei Halbpension musste man die Getränke selbst bezahlen was nirgendwo gestanden ist beim Buchen. Die Restaurants rundherum sind viel viel besser. Der Pool war schön wenn man jedoch eine Liege wollte die den Ausblick zum Meer hatte musste man 30.-Euro pro Person mehr zahlen und bei einer schöneren Liege sogar 60.- pro Person. Das Glas beim Pool war verschmutzt was sehr schade war. Die Drinks waren zu teuer und auch nicht gut. Das Personal fand ich persönlich nicht wirklich freundlich. Leider konnten die Mitarbeiter kein Deutsch obwohl es steht das sie im Hotel Deutsch können. Ich würde nicht nochmals in dieses Hotel gehen da das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht Stimmt.

Angefangen mit dem Check in, super Ablauf, gute Verständnis Möglichkeiten (Englisch, Spanisch), ausführliche Erklärung. Das Zimmer: Schönes 35-40qm Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Google Chromecast, genug Stauraum, zwei Einzel betten in unserem Fall, Couch, Terasse mit Bergblick, Blickdichte Gardinen, tägl. neu aufgefüllte kostenlose Minibar mit Saft, Bier und Wasser. Leider hatten wir keine Klobürste welches ich als negativ bewerte, das sollte schon zur minimalen Ausstattung gehören sollte damit die nette Putzfrau nicht unseren Dreck weg machen muss. Roof Top: Leider war das Roof Top nur über den Aufzug aus einer Gebäudeseite erreichbar und eine Beschilderung mit diesem Hinweis hat gefehlt, auch stand den Hotelgästen nur die Seite mit Blick auf die Berge zur Verfügung, man hätte die Meerseite buchen können, dies habe ich aber nicht eingesehen und mich mit der Bergseite zufrieden gegeben. Die Pools sind sonst identisch, haben eine Tiefe von 1.30 Meter und sind somit ausreichen zum entspannen und Sonnen. Die Getränke (Cocktails) finde ich zu teuer und geschmacklich nicht so gut. Alles andere ist annehmbar. Die Musik fand ich zu laut. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten: unter dem Hotel gibt es eine Tiefgarage für 19 Euro pro Tag, schade finde ich das es für Hotelgäste auch hier keine besondere Angebote gibt. Wir haben somit für die Woche uns mit dem super freundlichen Mitarbeiter der Tiefgarage ein Ticket für die ganze Zeit gekauft, zu den angegebenen Preis pro Tag.

Os quartos são confortáveis, porém havia muitos hóspedes barulhentos, confusão com pessoas embriagadas etc. A piscina é a praia são boas, porém a região não tem opções de restaurantes. É uma região mais frequentada por jovens fazendo festa. Em outra oportunidade ficaria em outra região
