Cockroaches in the hotel

Sheets were dirty. Room look used.

Traces of feces in the toilet, dirt on the sink top, stuff on the floor indication not swept. Complained to housekeeper who spent less than five minutes in the unit then left. The condition of the room did not change. Complained to management who refunded money.

When I got to the hotel at around 1am (on a road trip), there was no one at the window. I called the number posted. The person picked up and did not say anything. When I said "Hello", he responded "WHAT?". I explained I had a reservation, he seemed annoyed and said he had no more rooms and I should cancel the reservation.

100 yd from the highway, noise all night, cops had to come, dog barking. Couldn't wait to get out of there at 5:00 a.m.

We didn’t stay 10 minutes. There were roaches, stains on the fitted sheet, and no regular sheet. It was totally nasty!

bugs and roaches was crawling all over the floor and walls , sink, and bathtub and counters ,

Definitely needs a remodel however it does serve a purpose. A low cost place to take a shower and lay your head.

The shower wasn’t that clean but overall it was a nice hotel

It was dirty, bed wrapped in plastic, sheets stained, shower had hair in it, tv didn’t have volume, ceiling had damage, dust everywhere, heater barely worked.

bathtub dirty, did not drain right. temp stad 68 , when it did work. tv remote did not work right. not interested in ever staying there again. not worth the money.

Didn’t stay. Asked for refund within 1 minute

The facility was so dirty and unclean DO NOT EVER BOOK A ROOM THERE. There is mold and cockroaches and broken furniture in the rooms. The water pressure sucks. The staff is horrific and shrugs off complaints. I was bit by an insect. Never complain in the middle of the night because the staff won’t wake up to deal with customers.

Nous avons quitté aussitot arriver dans la chambre. Celle-ci était répuniante avec plusieurs insectes à l'intérieur. Les meubles et plancher était sale et sous le matelas il y avait une grosse tache avec pleins de cochoneries. De plus une chambre à côté de la nôtre, avait une fenètre de défoncer et il y avait des outils de travail par terre sur une bach. Nous avons eu tout de même un bon service par le préposé qui nous a permis de nous rembourser sans aucune restriction.

The room was worn down and there were a few bugs around. The place definitely needs renovation upgrades.

The manager gave me keys to look at two rooms and they both had live roaches scurrying. I told the manager I could not stay there. Asked for a refund.and hotels.com was very sympathetic and refunded my cost.

The shower hot water was off and I could not take a shower until the next morning when they turned the hot water on and they had roaches running around the room
