Très bon accueil et service à l'écoute. Chambre calme et spacieuse. Le restaurant de l'hôtel renouvelle souvent sa carte avec des plats raffinés et bien cuisinés.

Staff was great, hotel was clean but the AC didn’t work one night. Great price but there’s not much around and takes you 30 min to get to city center by bus which is right in front of the hotel.

Fire alarm went off as soon as I arrived at the property because someone was smoking in their bedroom. The air conditioning was not operational and it was very hot. Hard to find English TV channels. They don’t have an English menu at the restaurant. The staff were friendly though.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told our room will be 58°C as the AC is not working. We checked the room and it wasn’t that hot so we checked in anyway. Unfortunately check in was poor. We were not told about breakfast, nor when we should check out. The hotel had only one fan, which was being used by the night worker and so they couldn’t provide any for guests despite the AC being broken. I understand some things are out of their control, but no contingencies were in place for guests, and normal procedures not even complete. The rate for the night we stayed ahead also dropped to from 160 to 90, yet no compensation was offered for the loss of pre sold amenities. Separately my VIP hotels.com status was not acknowledged and the benefits not honoured.

Climatisation en panne en pleine période de canicule et pendant la totalité de notre séjour sans aucune intervention commerciale de la direction….. inadmissible , première et dernière expérience chez Radisson

Lit confortable, chambre spacieuse et propre personnelles aimable et souriants. Bémol problème de wifi, entrée de parking basse et difficile de ce garer pour allez a la réception récupérer le code du parking. Parking un peu chère également.

Okey hotell in the area.

Hôtel idéalement situé, à proximité de la gare. Réception hasardeuse. Le lendemain matin au départ, la réception nous avertit que la taxe de séjour n'avait pas été réglée alors qu'elle avait été payée la veille, lors de l'enregistrement. Heureusement que j'avais conservé le ticket de CB en guise de ma bonne foi !

Fint och rent rum nära tågstationen. Bra frukost.

Nos dejaron sin Jabon para el Cuerpo, desde el día que llegamos, lamentablemente es muy desagradable, tener que estar pidiendo por teléfono, lo que debe haber en las habitaciones

Fairly uninspiring hotel choice in a modern concrete jungle behind the main railway station. Access is quite tricky too, if you are coming from the rocade along the river and it didn't appear on our car's sat nav. The parking is massively over-complicated. Instead of giving you a code or a ticket, you have to buzz in and out to gain entry and exit. While our room and our bed were both comfortable, the whole hotel gives off a fairly uninspiring business vibe. It is however close to the railway station, tram and car access to adn from the ring road. Definitely a hotel built around precticality (parking aside) rather than charm.

Hotel nuevo cómodo y de habitaciones amplías. Mi impresión es más para estancias por negocios o estancias cortas. Trato escueto y muy impersonal.

Great hotel, great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are big, bathrooms new. Service, outstanding. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent hôtel

Un peu déçu car on s’attendait à un plus haut standing de la part d’un radisson blu. Rien de grave mais check in assez long après une arrivée tardive (00h30) malgré que tout était réglé d’avant, de plus on a dû payer une caution (jamais vu ça à l’hôtel mais ok ?), l’évier était bouché, on l’a signalé mais rien a changé. Concernant le personnel rien à redire tout était niquel, le petit déjeuner est superbe, le lit est très confortable.

Voyage nickel. Une critique sur votre site, Hôtel.com, pas prévenu que le parking était payant, 3 nuits fait un supplément de 60€ . Surprise plus que désagréable.

Sejour fort agreable Accueil professionnel et de très bon conseil pour nos visites. Le seul bemol c est que le prix de parking avec un coût supplementaire n'etait pas mentionné Tres Bon petit déjeuner

Très bon accueil, endroit calme à 5 minutes à pieds de la gare de St Jean.

Everything was perfect. Staff is amazing.

Déception : parking payant et cher, petit déjeuner cher 21€!
