Fantastic experience. Staff is very friendly

Everything about the hotel, staff and stay exceeded my expectations.

It was only a six day visit to Kuwait. 3 days were spent totally at the hotel being quarantined due to request from health authorities for all new comers as a measurement to protect from Covid-19. The hotel was a very nice one the only thing was the very poooooooor WIFI. It belongs to before the stone age. Too slow wifi.

All good but the checkout and most other organizational stuff takes forever.

تأخير في تسجيل الوصول لم أستلم الشقة إلا بعد المغرب وهم كاتبين تسجيل الدخول الساعة ٢ ظهراً. بالإضافة إلى وجود رائحة كريهه في الحمامات

All was good except the people in the reception wasn’t that good communicator and sometimes they are rude they are not nice even told some people that I talk to in the hotel

الشقق نضيفه وشبه جديده والخدمة ممتازه لكن الموقع وشوارع الوصول إليه سيئة جدا. بالنسبة للإفطار جيد وخدمتهم للإفطار رائعة تقييمي للفندق جيد جدا لو شوارع الوصول له كويسه كان أعطيته تقييم ممتاز

شقق نظيفة

شقق مناسبة مقارنه بالسعر والمبنى. للاسف شبالوايفاي فاي غير جيدة, لاوجد ميني بار ولا ماء للشرب, ولكن الشقق نظيفة ومرتبة بشكل محترم.

A good overall accommodation, only problem is the area of location. The hotel is new and very clean. Staff very nice. Rooms equipped with a kitchenette, however, no cooking pots/utensils are provided.Also, no dining table and chairs are provided. We stayed in a mini suite that lacks privacy if you have a 3 rd person staying with you. Living room furniture is not comfortable at all. In spite of that we would definitely stay there again.

فندق سئ جدا لا يوجد حتى ماء للشرب

Check in was fast and friendly. The room was perfectly clean and quite large. It’s near a major highway, but you can’t hear any noise in the rooms. Nice curtains to block to sun. Will be staying again!
