Loved this hotel! Clean and quiet! Fast checkout and great breakfast. Super close to SeaWorld(: definitely recommend

Staff was amazing! Breakfast was delicious. Rooms very clean. Will definitely be staying here again when we come to San Antonio.

Nice place, close to Sea World

This hotel is fine, it's in a weird location but met our needs. We are Hilton rewards members and didn't get the "rewards" that our other party members did. It was just snacks but a bummer to not get. Our room was on the 1st floor and at night it sounded like someone was knocking on our door but it was coming from upstairs. It was awful but we managed.

Always stay at hampton inn and suites, i really enjoy this spaciousness of the rooms and the amenities.

Wall outlet needs to be replaced. Updation needs with the charger ports like type c. Parking should be free instead paying $4 a day.

Very bad experience they never clean my room and they don’t put clean towels on my room and the worst part someone break into my car and they stole my belongings.

carpet was sticky, pillows were smelly… I love Hampton but will never stay at this location. Staff was wonderful at check in. owner needs to invest in carpet cleaning and better room upkeep.

I wouldn't stay here again. The property was clean for the most part. The pool absolutely was not. Maybe the filter was broken? There were clumps of human hair floating in the pool along with little candy wrappers and other debris. The front desk staff were not friendly, just passive. They did get us towels on request (our room had 2 towels for 4 people) but were not enthusiastic. The breakfast was good. The food was actually seasoned and always kept full. The room was clean. The bathroom door is a slider that does not lock. The exhaust fan was not functional, which we didn't mention to the front desk because we really didn't think they'd care. Overall it was not the worst hotel we've stayed in, but definitely not on par with the Hilton brand's usual standards.

Good service and close to sea world

Check-in and check out was quick and easy. The room was dirty upon arrival. Requested someone come in the next day to at least wipe down the bath room, but that didn’t happen. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Parking area isn’t secure as it’s right next to businesses with high traffic. Multiple vehicles were broken into on the last night. I don’t utilize hotels often, but wouldn’t book this location in the future.

I travel to San Antonio once a month. This has always been my hotel for every visit, so imagine the thousands of dollars I’ve paid into this hotel. Tonight was very different from all of my other stays. Different enough to make me switch, no parking, cars were parked all across the blocking the front entrance so you couldn’t pull up to check in. To spend as much as you do, and then be charged parking is financial greed in my opinion. I walked in there was boo boo right in the front entrance walk way a trail of it. I advised the front desk person and it was not addressed! Snack prices are insane. It is just time to change, I’ve run my course with this location. Very disappointing!
