Been coming here many times. Was unsure what to expect after names change. As good!

Great place to stay prior to boarding a cruise. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at Winnie’s restaurant was excellent but for dinner or snacks they did not have most of the things on the limited menu.

Stayed one night before getting on a cruise. Family of four in a loft room. Locations was great lots of restaurants nearby and 5 minutes to the port.

Relatively good stay here, comfortable and quiet. The floors were not so clean. At one point my daughters white socks were black!!

We stayed here the night before our cruise. Hotel was near the port and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Room was spacious. Check-in was quick and front desk was anttentive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very friendly people place was very nice

Everyone was polite, kind, pleasant, and helpful.

The room was spacious and we loved the convenience of the kitchenette, the large bathroom, and on-site laundry facilities. We also enjoyed the park across the street and easy access to restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The only downside was limited parking availability.

Lovely, very convenient for cruises. Limited in house menu with missing items Parking needs to be reserved in advance on site but there is on street parking in the area free after 8pm

Very impressed with our room. Was like a cute little studio space, very clean, funky and comfy. Would happily book there again.

No coffee in room, but lots of other amenities. Laundry in building.

The rooms with the little loft above the bathroom were perfect for our 12 yr old grandkids to feel special and have their own place to hang out. A great idea for families …. The staff was great and the convenience of the casual restaurant was super good. Not a high end experience but for a casual vibe close to the cruise ships … awesome!

This place was such a great place to stay. The hotel reads as a completely boutique and special spot to be. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area. What you can't see is that there is a park right across the way and pretty much anything you'd like to do as far as eating or walking around the town. Well, it's all walking. Super easy and I would love to stay again. We were sad to leave.

Absolutely loved this place. We like a cool room & the Aircon was perfect. The bed was smaller than expected but super comfortable mattress & duvet. It was all spotless & felt 4 star. Great to have a fridge, table, sofa. Really handy to everything in Southampton & our cruise port.
