We stay here whenever we come to visit our kids and we are always pleased.

Breakfast options are limited, but ok. Most comfortable room in Court Square area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Long Island City. The staff were very welcoming both on arrival and during our stay. The room was perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast (included in price) was great, hot & cold options available. Located a 5 minute walk from subway and eateries near by. Only minor was the light that came under door at night from hallway. That said, we had a great time at the hotel and in New York, would recommend.

El hotel muy cómodo en una zona bastante agradable cerca de Manhattan. El desayuno esperaba más… me pareció bastante normal pero aceptable. Hubo dos días que costó mucho conseguir mesa para desayunar porque el espacio no es muy amplio. Las habitaciones están cómodas les falta un poco de upgrade en que sean un poco más modernas pero bien. El colchón de la habitación habría que cambiarlo pronto porque se hunde bastante .

Parking and breakfast are good.

This place has a serious bug problem. I stayed here for three nights, and after the first night I noticed a dead cockroach on the hotel floor. When I brought it to the front desk, they just stared at me blankly and had the head of housekeeping come “take a look.” All they did was pick up the bug and remove it from the room. I had to request to be moved, since none of the three staff members at the desk offered a solution. Instead, they made excuses and tried to shift the blame, even saying, “maybe the prior guests brought it in.” On the morning of my departure, I saw another large bug crawling on the floor on the other side of the room. I contacted the general manager, who insisted a pest control company had inspected the hotel and found nothing. If it weren’t for this issue, I might recommend staying here. But if you care about cleanliness and don’t want to find cockroaches in your room I would strongly suggest finding another hotel.

Just what we needed for 2 days in Queens. Priced lower than Marriott and other nearby brands. Very convenient with breakfast included. Clean, quiet and perfect location for our needs.

Hotel perfetto per visitare New York

We were super happy with our hotel stay at Hyatt Place Long Island. It was an easy bus ride over from LaGuardia with a short walk. The hotel itself was great, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and really appreciated. We were also glad that there were several great food options for late night eats super close to the hotel. The subway is a short walk away for easy transportation into Manhattan. Thanks for a great stay!

Great breakfast to appease all the family. Very comfy beds made for a good sleep. Easy access to a number of metro stations for sight-seeing.

Good location but it should be more noticeable from the outside. Quiet room with very little highway road noise. Seating for breakfast can be awful.

The hotel might be small but the rooms were big enough for our party of 6 and was clean. The Queensboro subway station was a short walk from the hotel and there was a cute little Taiwanese restaurant called the Gulp that was nearby. All in all we would definitely come back to this hotel. Btw breakfast was your typical fare but was still good and well cooked.

Die Zimmer und Betten waren sehr gut. Leider war das Schlafsofa unseres Sohnes sehr klapprig und unbequem. Das Frühstück war okay aber dass es nur Wegwerfgeschirr gibt ist wirklich unglaublich erschreckend. In Sachen Umweltschutz ist Amerika einfach sehr nachlässig.

O quarto é muito espaçoso e limpo. As acomodações são confortáveis, há um bom espaço para trabalhar e a cama é muito boa. Roupas de cama e banho limpas, equipe simpática, ótimo atendimento. O café da manhã é bem servido, é um diferencial importante para o padrão de hotelaria em NYC, mas é bem disputado. A dica é chegar cedo para conseguir lugar para sentar e evitar tumulto para se servir.
