Very helpful. Showed up to store my luggage and they went ahead and let me check in early. Cool air con in hot hot weather. Got a deal with breakfast included. In a busy, central spot but room was quiet and peaceful.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was great, the building was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were spacious. The bathroom was also large and comfortable. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast was quite average and did not meet the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel. For this reason, I would personally rate the hotel closer to four stars rather than five. Another point that deserves attention is the bathroom shower drain. When taking a shower, the water does not drain efficiently. I hope the maintenance team can address this issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to other travelers.

Hotel en plein centre de Zagreb. Superbe espace spa et gym. Service 5*. Diner très agréable au restaurant de l'hôtel et très bon petit-déjeuner. Nous avons profité d'une offre spéciale incluant la nuit à l'hôtel , l'accès au spa et le diner pour 2 à un prix très compétitif.

The property was in a great location and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was average nothing special and I found that it was misleading that a spa service was included as it was basically access to a sauna and hot tub. Also the included dinner although good it was very restrictive and did not include all the meals off the menu which was also misleading.

The aircon was so loud that it was difficult to sleep. Gym was not a gym, more like a room with couple of equipments. The hotel was and still is advertising massages but it is not available. If you don’t need a gym and or don’t want to sleep then this is perfect hotel for you.

Staff was very kind, rooms and space was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was often cold and not as nice as we were expecting from rave reviews.

We loved this place! Super friendly and helpful staff. Loved the steam room and sauna experience (remember to make reservations for that!). Walkable to a lot! Don’t miss the flower and veggie markets!

Great hotel, spotless and well decorated rooms. Gym and breakfast is good and the staff cannot do enough for you. The only issue is parking can be a challenge. Otherwise fabulous

Big lovely room. But what made our trip so special was Mateo and Leon. It was if we had our own personal tour guides in Zagreb. They were wonderful!
