Friendly staff and clean rooms and walking distance to dining and shopping made it more convenient. Any time we are in Chattanooga we stay at Moxy.

Super fun property very cute and my kiddos loved it ! Have been hosted by Moxy before and hope to continue to visit when possible !

We loved the vibe of The Moxy! They really packed in so much character and entertainment in this hotel. The room was exactly what we needed and I appreciate the larger size toiletries that were available. The lobby area was a big hit for our group with the pool table and games available and plenty of seating. The bar served up great drinks and the staff was very friendly and offered suggestions about restaurants close by. The location was convenient to downtown activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely the most fun hotel I’ve ever stayed at! My wife and I stayed up late each night playing pool and games in the lobby. We had the most fun and didn’t even have to leave our hotel very cool atmosphere.

Always enjoy the unique experience at the Moxy. Could have used a better mattress is my only critique. Everything else was wonderful.

Very nice and friendly. Enough things in the room to get the job done, though wish there was a mini fridge and a trash can near the beds. Very millennial coded in design which isn't such a bad thing. BEWARE OF THE SMELL. it's not a bad smell, but the hallways smell aggressively like dude Cologne. Couldn't stay in the lobby for a long time due to the smell giving me a headache

The rooms were small, but so differently awesome. Will definitely go back when in the Chattanooga area. Did not like the $20 parking though.

I enjoy staying at Moxy in various cities. Never disappoints. Lockers to hold luggage briefly prior to departure was a perk in Chattanooga that I have not seen elsewhere. Props to the check-in and bar staff. Ideal location downtown.

It was disappointing. Very cool atmosphere but the customer service was poor. I requested a particular room and we were given a handicapped room that was less to be desired. We got locked out of our room a few times because the battery on our door was dead. They fixed it but nothing was offered for the inconvenience. A lot to pay for something that does live up to Marriott’s standard.

Very cool boutique hotel reminding me of similar hotels in Europe. Small, very efficient rooms. Nice bar and activity area in the lobby.

My stay at the Moxy was very enjoyable. The room was very clean but the design was a little dark for my taste and I would opt for a front facing bed next time. The staff were very nice and helpful and the centrally located bar was fun giving you the opportunity to mingle with fellow travelers. It is centrally located and convenient to the downtown area.
