Room was clean and nice location for walking along the river and in to old town. Confirmed during check in that AC was operational as it is very hot this week. Told it was to then find out the restrict your ability to use it. Room would not go below 18 and it was warm, stuffy and sticky in there so not an enjoyable stay. Staff assistance was requested with no solution or override of system provided. Not impressed and would not stay again in warm weather.

Stayed for the annual Beer Lovers Marathon - great location, breakfast was perfect and 10th floor bar was ideal. Easy recommendation.

Good stay, room was clean, no issues. Good bathroom. I would stay here again, I like the toucans. Staff were great, friendly and were able to help. Parking is a little confusing it's both underground and to the left of the hotel and not included in the price for your room.

Super chambre, literie excellente mais l'ouverture de la salle de bain sur le salon est assez étrange et créait des courants d'air pas très agréable

Tout était parfait

C'est une bonne adresse. Tout est bien pensé. Deux choses quand même : le prix du parking est très exagéré et la télévision (chambre 318) n'est pas stable. Pour le reste, nous avons passé un agréable moment.

Check-in très lent. Vu le standing et le prix de l'hôtel, la chambre pourrait être plus propre, notamment le WC. La TV avait souvent des pertes de signal.

J'ai commandé un room service. Je l'ai payé. Le repas n'est jamais venu et l'hôtel veut une preuve de ce que j'avance alors que la cuisine prétend ne jamais avoir reçu la commande, la réception avait promis / juré de régler cette affaire. Je viens de téléphoner et envoyé le reçu du paiement. Mais rien n'avait été fait. Soit leur système par QR code ne marche pas (sauf pour le paiement), soit ... Je ne sais pas.
