The young woman at the front desk when I arrived )at almost midnight, 10/15, couldn’t have been nicer!! She was friendly, efficient, and professional! She accommodated my request for a high floor, checked me in quickly, and was gracious throughout!

Barely enough water pressure to wash our hands when we arrived. Never thought we would have the same issue with the shower. But the next morning we barely had enough water in the shower to shampoo our hair. The glass shower half-wall blocks you from turning on the water to see if there is enough water pressure until you’re in the shower. The bed was comfortable. Pillows are great. Staff was friendly but would do NOTHING to compensate for the terrible experience. Thankfully Hotels.com was able to get a 10% refund.

Great property all around

it was fabulous from the front door help, check in, breakfast, & dinner. If you show any employee our service dog Lilla Ann (puppy) they will remember. THANK YOU ALL FOR GREAT MEMORIES!!

The mattress wasn’t very comfortable and the room needed a couple of chairs for a place to sit.

Very dated hotel with limited nearby food and drink. Downtown Youngstown is like a ghost town.

Youngstown University is the epicenter of Youngstown and the DoubleTree at Youngstown is a shining star. I won't come to visit the university or attend a football game if I can't stay at the Youngstown DoubleTree!

Very clean Very very little water pressure on bath sink and shower No hot water in sink Saturday night. A trickle of warm water at best from sink faucet
