เช็คอินด้วยตนเองและไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับคอยช่วยเหลือในกรณีที่คุณต้องการอะไร แม้จะมีปัญหาเล็กน้อยนี้ แต่โดยรวมแล้วก็ดี โดยเฉพาะห้องน้ำ!

We arrived at night and there was no staff at the reception. There's a machine for self check in but it took a while because it kept prompting that we had no booking. Turns out we had to select Expedia even though we booked via traveloka. On the second morning, we woke up with many bug bites. Not sure if it's bed bugs but seems like it.

Good interior designer and the bed is softened, unfortunately the bath water is not hot enough. But all in all it is a great hotel！
