Good stay, nice beds and I slept well, the underfloor heating would be lovely on a colder day but felt a bit much in June. Great acconmodation for exploring the Welsh Marches.

I stayed for a night with my partner recently and we were very happy with how kind and helpful the staff were, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, and the dinner we had at the adjoining pub! We would definitely stay here again 😊

I had a lovely stay at Englands Gate Inn coachhouse. the staff were really helpful and were accomodating of my visual impairment. Breakfast was good. the meals were lovely. i'll be back again. the room was also very comfortable and spacious.

The accommodation was clean and spacious. The decor is quite dark, but probably because of the dark beams. The welcome in the pub wasn’t great, we weren’t acknowledged whilst standing with our bags in the pub. I understand the stafff are busy, but a simple’hello, we’ll be with you in a minute’ would be nice. We didn’t see any members of staff as the breakfast is a completely self service buffet. On the whole we would have felt more welcome if somebody had appeared at some point eg maybe when you return the key, rather than in a basket in the kitchen area.

The room was lovely, very clean and quiet. The pub food was good as was the ambience. The help yourself basic breakfast was disappointing, there was no fresh milk to have a cereal with and no butter.

Rooms clean, good size beds. Strong internet and spacious rooms. Only negative I would have liked an English breakfast rather than continental but everything else was top notch.

Excellent hotel and pub. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also excellent and wonderful value for money. The rooms were a good size, wonderfully clean and had everything you would need, including an iron and ironing board. So good that we are booking a return visit!

Stayed for 2 nights (wish was longer) Was greeted by Hannah, very friendly. She took me to my annexe. Beautiful spotless, cozy place. Didn't want to get out of bed every morning. Slept better than have in weeks. Good was delicious and hot Chicken Pate, chibbatta, salad Hunters chicken, French fries 10oz Gammon, French fries Chocolate Fudge Cake Pub staff were friendly and attentive Serve your own breakfast Lots of choice Met another lovely lady as I was leaving, sorry didn't get her name A thoroughly enjoyable stay, would have liked to stay in pub bit longer, had made arrangements Fabulous, good, staff, everything Perfect

Great little find for my stay the night prior to golf at Leominster golf club, very reasonably priced and amazing pub grub and great little set up for breakfast.

Clean room staff very helpful,Bar is very nice serve and friendly in different room Breakfast is all there very nice. But when stayed in No 1 (McNeil) toilet you can get WiFi but you out of toilet you can’t have it! And when outside doorway about 8pm and early morning can’t see get a light on see where I am going!
