Hotel facilities were very good. The access to the hotel was difficult.

Herlig mindre familiedrevet hotell med søt og hjelpsom personale. Noe gammelt men helt og rent. Nydelig beliggenhet akkurat utenfor de veldig travle sentrumsgatene men allikevel veldig sentralt. Best av alt er at hotellet har en egen privat pir med solsenger og parasoller til fri benyttelse for sol og bad - med servering! God og morsom frokost med mange valgmuligheter.. Anbefales

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Serenella, it is in a lovely quiet location but a short walk away from restaurants, shops etc.The staff are amazing and so helpful, our rooms were lovely and clean as was the pool area. The breakfast was amazing! and set us up nicely for each day. I could go on and on!, I picked the best place to stay and would happily go there again we had a wonderful time. Thank you so much Hotel Serenella for a wonderful holiday

Amazing family run hotel, exceptionally friendly and so helpful. Breakfast choice and quality was superb. An absolute gem! Can’t wait to return or recommend enough. A special thank you for sorting out our return transfer to the airport when ours let us down.

The hotel was really cute, inside the old city and within minutes walk to the thermal baths. The staff were extremely friendly and very happy to accommodate. Loved our stay. Would not recommend bringing a car, because driving in the resticted zone is pretty nerve racking.

Hyggelig betjening som ønsket at ditt opphold ble best mulig. Vil oppfordre betjeningen til å opplyse på en bedre måte hva som er inkludert i frokosten. Da vil en slippe å bestille mer en nødvendig og redusere svinn og kostnader.

A perfectly lovely and a quiet retreat! Driving to the designated parking area inside the old city walls was a bit of a challenge with a large number of pedestrians here for New Year's holiday, but once at the hotel we didn't want to leave anyway! Very walkable to restaurants, attractions, shops. Most comfortable and relaxed we have been during our 2 week trip across northern Italia. 😀
