Buen Hotel!! Limpio. Gente amable!!

Excelente atención!!

No hay quien te reciba. El aseo fatal. El servicio, no es malo. Es lo que le sigue a pésimo

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel — we only wish it had been longer. The amenities looked amazing, and although we only had time to use the jacuzzi, it was great. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, and the food options were good and reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be back! My only suggestion for improvement is the access road to the property — it could use some repairs, as it’s quite rough on vehicles.

Servicio (lloviendo con niña de 5 años y ni una sombrilla, del "lobby" al cuarto toca mojarse), ubicacion (20 min del pueblo), suciedad, mal estado del cuarto, la cama demasiado sucia, las cortinas llenas de polvo; en gnrl NO lo recomiendo, por ese valor o por ningun otro... muy mala experiencia.

El hotel ofrece una muy buena experiencia de hospedaje y descanso... conozco varios hoteles en la zona y el camino de acceso no es tan complicado ni tan lejos del centro de Villa de Leyva (15 mins en carro), ofrece una carta completa en su menú de alimentos (ordene con tiempo), al igual que el servicio de spa... Incluye turco, jacuzzi y sauna sin restricciones. En conclusión es una muy buena opción costo-beneficio que se fortalece con la actitud, disposición y amabilidad del personal... Reserven sin temor!

The view is amazing and the pool is a nice addition to the hotel. The breakfast was good too.

Buena atención de los empleados, limpieza optima y todos los servicios ofrecidos se recibieron.

Muy bonito el lugar con un muy buen servicio por parte del señor Adrián y su disponibilidad en el servicio al igual que el restaurante su comida rica y muy bien servida y por último el señor del bar gentil . En conclusión recomendado para volver.

It's a peaceful place far from the busy area quite and beautiful. Nice staff..

It is a beautiful place, nicely appointed, with a ton of oddities. Such as a large hole in the ground in the back yard; door handles installed upside down (yes, you have to lift it, not to push down; go figure how to open the door if you are not instructed), not a single glass or cup in the suite, towels dosed as if by prescription, it is waaaay out in the country over a BAD road, half of it dirt and try to get a taxi from the town after 9 PM! If you are there for the VdL, this is NOT your place to stay.

Bien pero considero que deben dotar las habitaciones con shampoo y jabón para el cuerpo, más aún en tipos de habitación Suite

It's a space where you can stay and enjoy the the silence at the mountains being so close to the town. Very good staff.

El camino para llegar al hotel es horrible, no habia agua caliente en el lavamanos y cuando pregunte me dijeron que no estava conectada agua caliente por protejer el medio hambiente. El precio de la estadia me parecio extravagante.
