The booking made through expedia was not honoured by the hotel. I reached the hotel at 10 pm after a long drive from Bangalore, only to be confronted by a extremely rude receptionist who could only say 'No Rooms"!!. This is despite having a confirmed booking and having paid for it. It was most unprofessional attitude and unhelpful as they did not give a reason for not having rooms or availability in nearby hotels.

Good hotel to stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff also responsive and ample of space for parking. Room service also quick and Ok. Breakfast in restaurant also nice. - Sayeedullah.
