The lodge is awesome, friendly and very relaxing

There was no stay. After paying up-front for the room and I phoned in the afternoon to say I was at a dining function and I would be late. When I arrived at 11:30PM the guard refused me entry and said that they were full. So I give this a rotten service and demand my money back. These people are thieves and I wish to lay a complain with the police. Do not think of even staying here!
