Great staff, professional, helpful, and polite. The room was mostly clean, but the bedding could have been cleaner.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für einen Besuch des historischen Kerns und des Regierungsviertels. Der ByWard Market ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und in tadellosen Zustand. Das äußerst großzügige Zimmer mit offen gestalteten Badezimmer ist sehr modern. Wer Privatsphäre im Badezimmer schätzt hätte jedoch ein Problem. Für uns war das Zimmer optimal. Uns ist positiv aufgefallen wie gut der Zustand des gesamten Hotels war. Uns sind praktisch keine Abnutzungsspuren aufgefallen. Die Aufzüge funktionierten stets zügig ohne größere Wartezeiten. Besonders unser Concierge Christian war extrem hilfreich. Danke Christian. Die Parkgarage für Selbstparker ist relativ klein und füllt sich zügig. Dann steht jedoch noch der Parkservice (Valet) zur Verfügung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Stayed three night, corner room on 12th floor, super clean room, easy inside parking under hotel, mini bar fully loaded with all kind of stuff and food, comfy bed and amenities. Second time at this hotel and we will return.

Room cleaners only showed up on July 1 at 4 ? Restuarants menu could improve selection . Bed and shower was great !

We were assigned an accessible room upon checkin. I thought I had booked a classic 2 bedroom. The gentleman at reception said it was clearly marked on Expedia that I booked an accessible room. I told him I booked on Hotels.com and saw a classic 2 bedroom. I shared screen shots of my confirmation and room description. He continued to text for 45 minutes telling me I was wrong and he was right. The water pressure and shower attachments were unsatifactory.

Everything was great

The room was clean but we were given the “accessible “ room usually for the disabled. So I found the bathroom very inconvenient. There was no real area to hang stuff like a toiletry bag as there were only 2 hooks near the shower area, for towels I assume, & one of them was falling off. Since we were only staying 2 nights & were already tired by the time we returned to the hotel to get our room (we arrived at 1 pm & check in is 3pm so we had an appointment for a museum instead of waiting for 2 hours), I didn’t bother requesting another room. The room itself is very spacious relative to normal rooms. The bar fridge is full of bottles of mini liquor, juice , bottled water so not much room to put anything else. They supply a small glass water flask that you can fill from a water dispenser in front of the elevator on your floor. I suspect this is normal tap water as it is not connected to a filtering system and there is a distinct taste. You can get ice in a room on the same floor using your key card. There is wine , coffee & tea in the lobby . Service is a bit inconsistent with some providing excellent service with a real desire to help ( kudos to Aidan & Louie) & some very inexperienced staff on the front desk. The location is great , right on the boundary of Byward Market & the more upmarket area. It is walking distance to the Rideau Centre, convenient if you need to get stuff. A lot of good restaurants in the vicinity. There’s a homeless shelter in front of it.

Very modern, lots of large big windows, turn down service each night with a clean teapot and camomile tea, helpful concierge for restaurant and activity recommendations huge bathroom and I loved the in-room radio playing when we entered. Everything was excellent.

We were absolutely amazed by the hotel, its amenities, and how helpful the staff was. Particularly Christian. Thank you so much for making our experience so incredible.

Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Room was bright and clean. Only drawback was valet only parking which necessarily meant waiting a while for our car sometimes.
