Despite being late for our check in time Petar was very welcoming and made sure we found our way to our room easily. We gave us good tips for the local areas. The room was very nice and very comfortable. The property was in close proximity to the Dioclesian Palace and it was very easy to get around the split area. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Our host was amazing and gave us tips on the area as far as restaurants and things to do. The apartment was very nice and clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in during our 3 week tour of Croatia and Italy. The air conditioning worked great. The location is a short walk from the old town in a great little neighborhood. We loved the whole experience.

Situs Residence was the perfect place for our two nights in Split. We had the loft room with great views of the city. The place was comfortable and quiet, but just a short walk from everything we wanted to see/do. Highly recommend a stay here for your next visit to Split!

Situs Residence is in an excellent location. It is situated within the old town which has a supermarket, bars and restaurants nearby. All tourist attractions in the main town are also within walking distance with the beautiful waterfront the main attraction. The property itself is very clean and contained everything we needed. Peter was a super host and was very obliging if there was anything we needed. He guided us through a map of the area and marked important must see attractions and suggested other tours for us. Housekeeping was readily available when we requested it. Highly recommend Situs Residence and would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Split.

Nicely renovated. Towels smelled mold before even used. Cleaning was never made on our 4 days even though it was included in the price. Was a little hard to find. Good location near city centre. No information manual regarding wifi or safety box. Worked well all in all. When it comes to service that is included in price you should never need to ask for it.

The apartment was lovely, recently renovated so the facilities are great and very clean. We stayed in the ground floor apartment which I think is the biggest but my only gripe would be that a garden was advertised but it’s more of a courtyard and is shared with other properties and you need to take the furniture outside, therefore we didn’t use it. Other than that the apartment is an ideal location , walking distance to everything but you don’t get the noise late at night from the promenade, which is a bonus.

Absolutely perfect! Tucked away in the best part of town, near all the locals and perfect little restaurants. Peter gives you a map and explains where everything is in comparison and gives you great recommendations. Our trip could not have gone any better. One of the best places we’ve stayed yet.

Amazing property. In the best part of the old town amongst history! Great apartment, spotlessly clean and modern. 3-5 minute walk down to the centre of the promenade and the old old palace. Petar the host was the best. He was so helpful giving us all the tips for restaurants and tours etc. we loved our stay at the apartment and would definitely recommend it I have traveled to many places and stayed in many apartments but this was really great

Very clean, updated interior. Location is excellent, walking distance to everything, and Petar is wonderful and accomodating.

Lovely place. The location is really perfect, just a couple of minutes from the hustle and bustle but really quiet. Great noise cancelation, didn't hear a thing from outside. A lot of thought and effort has been put into the decoration of the place and the host was great. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone. Oh, and the wifi was amazing too, probably faster than the connection I have at home. 10/10 value for money.

Only cash is excepted. Also you have to call in order to get the keys. There were no instruction given at all how the check in actually works. BUT it is in a great location and a clean, nice place to stay.

Great place. The room is comfortable and in a cool location. Walking distance to everything, and has a lot a lot of charm but still modern. Petir checked us in and he was so helpful and friendly. We got lost trying to find the place (tip-do not try to bring a car without talking to them first!) but Petir saved the day! He helped us navigate the narrow one way streets, and he even helped us return our rental car and walked us back to the apartment since it was late and we didn’t know our way. He also gave us a lot of helpful tips for our stay in Split. Petir is the best! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect location. Very close to the historical centre but quiet location. The property was very welcoming and so was Peter, the host. He was very helpful.

Jättetrevligt modernt och rent boende med närhet till bra restauranger, nöjen och sevärdheter, samtidigt som det ligger i ett väldigt mysigt och lugnt området bland smågatorna i gamla delen av Split. Värden var också supertrevlig, proffsig och väldigt hjälpsam. Rekommenderar varmt detta boende.

The room we rented was newly renovated with an en suite bathroom with unlimited hot water supply (useful when traveling in spring). The room was spotlessly clean with a super comfortable bed an a luxurious armchair. The location of the room is perfect, just outside the city walls, but still in the old town with its charming small streets. It's only 200m to the sea and the promenade (riva) and not more than 500m from the city's main attraction, the Diocletian's Palace. Yet far away from the bustle of the promenade to enjoy night peace (although you might hear your neighbours on occasion if they are heavy footed). The room has a kettle and a fridge and a total of 3 windows in 3 directions, yet no-one can really see in the room from the outside. The views of the rooftops are just stunning. The staff is super friendly and available 24/7. We especially appreciated the restaurant tips (in order to avoid the tourist traps) and the possibility to store our luggage after check-out. We'll definitely return to Situs!

Lovely clean room in a quiet part of Split, perfect for visiting the centre with restaurants and bars just around the corner. Attentive and knowledgeable host who is keen to make sure you get the most out of your trip.
