Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Daniel helped us find great places to eat and visit. Highly recommend this place.

Our hotel stay was fabulous! Housekeeping was wonderful, hotel was spotless. The location was perfection, close walk to all the best attractions and restaurants. We especially loved the coffee and cucumber water in the lobby. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

DANGER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! I tried to cancel my reservation several days in advance but was told because I did not cancel TWO WEEKS in advance, they would charge me for the entire stay! What hotel requires two weeks notice to change a reservation?! And then charges you for the entire stay (rather than just the first night)?! When I went there in person the staff was rude and said it was ‘policy.’ This place obviously has no idea what hotel industry standards are. I recommended Expedia not deal with this hotel any more.

Nice hotel in the old Gothic section of Barcelona. Note that the hotel is in a basically walking only part of the city so you won’t be able to take a taxi to it. You will want rollers on your luggage. It’s also hard to find due to very small signage. Good food at Bar Mono which is just around the corner.
