Great communication. Room was spotless and warm for my arrival. Oat milk provided, so I could enjoy a cup of tea! Lovely bathroom, bed is super comfortable and I slept really well. Quiet location only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Totnes. Would definitely stay ahain on a future visit.

Very comfortable stay. Staff stayed in touch although we didnot meet them personally but were available if we needed anything. Amenities were adequate. Please clean the sign at the ringside!

A clean and comfortable room on the ground floor with a tasty breakfast served by the friendly & understanding owner on the first floor in the breakfast room/ conservatory area. We enjoyed our stay!

Parking was excellent right outside room 7 . Text messages with welcome and instructions great. Clean room ,comfy bed and underfloor heating . Lovely owner was always on hand and we had a brilliant stay .

After I arrived I was informed that my payment did not cover breakfast. This came as a shock and left me disappointed. It spoiled my stay. Room was clean and comfortable but tired. Parking was good. Access to town centre was good. Host was friendly.

It was run by a delightful lady and her young assistant Emma. The breakfasts were good The location convenient for the interesting town of Totnes.

Lovely property just outside the town centre. Comfortable on suite room. The host is friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the sun lounge is lovely.

Awful would nt recommend this property to anyone including the dog.

Excellent small family run B&B , clean and comfortable, great shower and comfortable bed, breakfast was supposed to be at 8am , but as I was on business, o asked if I could have an earlier breakfast, which the owner did me an earlier breakfast , thank you 👏

I had a lovely room, breakfast was enjoyable and I felt well looked after. I was disappointed though that I was unable to watch TV as was told there was something wrong with the remote control. They were unable to rectify this during my 3 night stay.

The room lovely and real coffee a treat. breakfast catered for veggie needs and oat milk etc. parking. short walk town. very informative had meal at resturant recommended. very friendly people would highly recommend.

This is run by the nicest, friendly people you could wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble. We will certainly go back to the Great Grubb soon.

A lovely welcome and a really comfortable stay. On site parking a real bonus. Great breakfast selection. Would definitely go back.

Had a wonderful warm welcome from John when we arrived. Lovely garden to sit in. Not only were the breakfasts great but we were welcomed back from our day out with home baked cake. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Nothing was too much trouble and breakfast is fantastic with lots of choice. We had a quiet room at the back but it is very cramped, my only reason for not giving 5 for everything
