I had two confirmation emails, after I paid, from Hotels.com telling me that I was booked into Complex Algaida, Block A, Apt 610 stating that it was a one bedroom apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed with free wi-fi. I know Algaida and was happy. On arrival I discovered that I was with Hays Holidays in another block Puerta del Mar in a very dirty studio with just one very uncomfortable sofa bed without clean sheets and no free Wi-Fi. The apartment stank of blocked drains. Why the sudden late unannounced and unacceptable change of my booking?
