What an amazing resort! It was our first time in an Ikos Property. It was a delightful experience. The property is gorgeous and exquisitely well maintained. The staff is kind and does everything it can to make the guests feel welcome and happy. Kudos to their recruiting and training teams. The white glove service is everywhere. The food is very good and the choices are plentiful. We also took advantage of the car provided with our package to visit the island a little and it was great. It would have been nice if more aquatic activities were included and provided by the resort like sailing or waterskiing like you get in much more affordable resorts like Club Med.

Das gesamte resort ist super gepflegt, alle Bereiche sauber, das WC wird gefühlt alle 10 Minuten gewischt, überall Wickeltische, super kinderfreundlich, alle Wünsche werden erfüllt. Buggy holt einen jederzeit überall ab, unterschiedliche restaurants alle mit hohem Standard, Zimmerservice 24/7, Strandservice mit genügend freien Liegen durch das konsistente Wegräumen von Handtüchern. Alles perfekt!

What a fabulous experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very special. The staff were so polite & friendly & just could not do enough for you. We opted for the deluxe package & room was very spacious & cleaned extremely well each morning, the evening turn down service was also appreciated with sundries being restocked daily. The beach area was lovely with amazing views out to Kastri Island whilst offering a great food & drinks service. Lots of swimming pools to choose from too. Food & drink options were plenty with most restaurants offering an al la carte service which worked well for us as we don’t generally like buffet service. We had superb meals every evening with beautiful champagne & wine pairings. It really felt like we were dining out in different restaurants each evening sampling varied cuisines. We hired a Tesla for a day & were able to visit other areas of Kos which was great. This holiday was not cheap but I really feel like we got good value for money. This was our first Ikos experience but will definitely not be our last! If you are considering it then do not hesitate. Book now!

Excellent hotel in all aspects especially the staff

Wir hatten einen grossartigen Aufenthalt im Ikos Aria. Das Hotel ist nur 15min vom Flughafen Kos entfernt und hervorragend auf Familien mit Kindern ausgerichtet, was für uns ideal war. Die beheizten Pools, der aufmerksame Service am Strand und am Pool sowie die gepflegte Anlage haben uns begeistert. Die à la carte-Restaurants sind abwechslungsreich und von sehr hoher Qualität – besonders das Frühstück dort ist ein Highlight. Das Buffet-Frühstück konnte uns dagegen weniger überzeugen. Der Service im ganzen Resort war extrem freundlich, bemüht und hilfsbereit. Zwar wirkte das Personal stellenweise etwas überfordert oder unerfahren, doch das wurde durch grosse Höflichkeit und Einsatz wettgemacht. Unsere kleine Kritik zu Beginn wurde sehr ernstgenommen – man bemühte sich sichtbar, unseren restlichen Aufenthalt perfekt zu gestalten, und eine kleine Reparatur im Zimmer wurde sofort erledigt. Ein Plus ist der inkludierte Room Service – komfortabel, wenn auch das Essen qualitativ nicht an die Restaurants heranreicht und leider oft nur lauwarm war. Die Getränkeauswahl mit internationalen Bieren und soliden Weinen ist sehr gut. Einige wenige Details (abgenutzte Fahrräder, Liegen oder Handtücher) könnten verbessert werden, beeinträchtigten aber unseren Gesamteindruck kaum. Insgesamt ein fast perfekter Familienurlaub – wir kommen gern wieder!

Wunderschönes Ambiente, kulinarischer Genuss, hervorragender Service und tolle Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht von Kefalos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This was our second time at Ikos. Everything is thought to the detail, service is impeccable, the location and the hotel is just stunning.

Ikos Resort ist einfach überragend für einen angenehmen Urlaub...aber halt auch teuer

It was simply amazing everyone we saw from the moment we entered until the moment we left was constantly smiling and greeting us it is very difficult to describe one by one but it is one of the best hotels to go with a baby/child it will definitely be repeated

Very good , hotel facilities are great. Only comment the deluxe pool view room, it was only partial view from part of the garden.

We had a really good family holiday here, with great food and drinks. Our kids loved the bikes and playing on the beach, pools were warm and plenty to keep them amused. My only small critism would be consistency of service across the restaurants. Overall, fabulous holiday
