Chambre suffisamment spacieuse et rénovée. Très bons lits. Tout le personnel a été très accueillant, souriant et serviable, top! L’endroit est juste magique, et a la réception on vous communique même l’heure précise du coucher et du lever du soleil! Le souper inclus dans la demi-pension… waow qu’elle surprise, excellent et raffiné, et une belle carte des vins, top! Déjeuner continentale mais bien garni. Et que dire des bouquetins qui viennent vous saluer le matin. Et quelle vue, juste incroyable Nous y retournerons c’est sûr

Not only is the view amazing but the intimate dinner with a view!! Amazing! Well worth the gondolas to get there! Simply breathtaking!

Very nice rooms and great meals! Extremely friendly staff. Quite a unique stay. Be sure to do the alpine slide while you are there!

Fantastic! The best part was when the crowds left for the day by 5-6 PM.

The scenery around the hotel is unbeatable though it is very weather dependent. The dinner courses were very long. There was some great food, some not. Great meat options but vegetarian bowl was too salty and sour.

5 star Hotel. Spectacular views everywhere. 5 star dining. Was there 32 years ago, and they have made substantial upgrades. Will definitely return to do some more serious day hikes. Bring your walking poles and hiking footwear, and enjoy a beer on the terrace afterwards with the best views in the world

Excelent place.

Been coming each year since 1971..54 years. I come each year. Unfortunately this year it was cut short due to weather but was handled expertly and with care.

Nach drei Wochen im Nebel haben wir die Sonne auf dem Pilatus sehr genossen. Eindrücklich war auch die Sicht aufs Nebelmeer. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel liess keine Wünsche offen.

So wohl habe ich mich selten in einem Hotel gefühlt. Das Personal war so zuvorkommend, sympathisch und freundlich. Das Abendessen und Frühstücksbuffet unübertrefflich. Und das Hotelzimmer ein Traum. Wir waren überwältigt.

The hotel is at 2000M, therefore the view from the window is amazing, great dinner and breakfast included!
