Staff extremely accommodating!

Had an enjoyable stay of 4 nights here. Staffs were pleasant and helpful. It was quite easy to move around using Grab. The food at the hotel could be improved but it doesn't impact the overall satisfaction of the hotel. Lifts could be improved as well as got slight peeling of the wallpaper in the lift and got slight creaking sounds at time.

I paid RM138 when i can pay lesser by walking-in

The room lighting was dimmed and insufficient lighting causing the room nightly dark all the times. The air condition was poor, despite switching to maximum power, the room can don't seems to feel cold enough. The worst was that when switch to maximum power, the air condition produced loud noise. The lift is old and slow, down to just one working lift servicing 8th floors The bathroom sink is old and not clean and the towels are just too old. Overall quite a bad experience staying in this hotel.

The hotel room was very good, but the air conditioning was kind of noisy. Also, the carpet in the hallway was old and aweful. The breakfast was excellent!

Staff and receptionist are polite and nice.. The hotel are actually in upgrading progress Room still feel classic (not modern feeling), yet clean and tidy. Qiblat direction is available, with adequate space for praying There are many TV channel available.. Good price for the standard queen bed room (but i feel the bed is larger, maybe it is king bed) Morning breakfast is just ok. Not sure regarding parking facilities as i park at public parking spot (no need parking coupon on weekends)

Hotel was located a bit off the main city center. Room was quite large, clean. Old hotel, but parking places were aplenty. Breakfast included but did not try. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Stayed for 4 nights. Variety good breakfast everyday though limited choices.room and toilet are clean. Near to town and foodie area within 10 to 15minutes driving distance.

Everything was fine. But I could not understand why payment for the room could not be made when the reservation was done online. The payment needed to be paid directly to the hotel upon check in. It would have been more convenient and easier if payment was directly debited from the credit card when reservation was made online.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I booked for one night but made another booking the following day. I wanted to move to a hotel nearer to a shopping complex but my children loved this hotel so much that made us stay for another night. The food was nice. The staff were friendly too.

Nice room

The room is big and comfy, it's nearby the city centre and the tourist attraction spot, good choice for the visiting purpose, breakfast choice is limited though..
