I travel at least four times a year, so I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years. I can honestly say that the service I received at Barceló was truly above and beyond anything I expected. When I checked in, I mentioned to Ahmed at the front desk that it was my birthday. From that moment on, he made me feel like a queen for the rest of my stay. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my birthday incredibly special. The outstanding service didn’t stop there. When I called room service for assistance, the team went out of their way to help and really thought outside the box. Osama was especially kind and even brought me almonds without me asking. It’s the little touches like these that make all the difference. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Customer service is clearly a top priority at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the pool area was beautifully maintained and well organized, and I loved using the gym every day. My experience was so exceptional that I actually changed the rest of my travel plans and stayed with Barceló instead of moving to other hotels I had booked. 空港行きのタクシーを、ホテルの従業員が手配してくれた。空港までの料金はヒィクスで300DHMと伝えられたが、タクシーの運転手が国内線のターミナルなら300だが、国際線ターミナルならもっと払えと言ってきた。 このホテルは一応高級ホテルなのでタクシーも選ぶべきだ。

Nice hotel but sadly the service was poor mini fridge in room was not working even tho we was told someone would sort it - breakfast very poor service the staff lacked attentive service food and drinks not regularly refilled

Reception very old stylish. But rest is ok

The room was clean and had a very nice layout. The pool and pool area were clean and well-kept. The hotel had a convenient location. I visited the spa for a just massage and the massage was very overpriced. Be aware that draping (i.e., covering areas of the body not being massaged with a towel/sheet) is not a done at this spa which makes for a chilly experience. I would stay at this hotel again but I would skip the massage.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Note that the rooms are pretty noisy.

La chambre était propre et bien équipée. Le personnel était accueillant et aux petits soins. L’hôtel mérite quelques rénovations : luminaire dans la salle de bain, rideaux qui laisse passer la lumière. Du côté du boulevard, la chambre est bruyante, même à un étage élevée.

Hébergement pour un séjour pro. Hôtel bien situé personnel gentil et aux soins. Petit bémole sur le petit dej pas assez de personnel dispo et avoir une station dédié aux produits locaux.
