There was no mention that the pool was out of service and literally closed off because it is falling apart. Which is one of the MAJOR reasons I booked this hotel. #2 the bath tub had what seemed to be paint peeling off the bottom of the tub was NOT AT ALL as pictured in any of the photos. It was a small shallow tub with two wide side panels that you had to take a step over to get to the tub. I wanted to take a nice bubble bath and relax. That could not have happened with the way tub is. AND there was pervious guest hair in the tub. 3. I had a do not disturb sign on my door as well as the top lock latch on the door. She (the room service maid) proceeded to knock several times as I said no thank you no service needed. She then proceeded to use a key card to enter and attempted to open the door. I was layin in bed naked and jumped back up to yell no thank you.

The breakfast was NOT good, and the selections of food were so limited. It reminded me more so of an inn rather than a resort. The premise has absolutely no parking, so we were stuck having to park in public areas, which became pretty expensive. There was an ant infestation, which went into our belongings. The elevators have a musty smell. The pool was unavailable, which really put a hamper in our vacation. The view was nice; however, the room tops need to be cleaned. The shower water had weak pressure. The good thing about this hotel is that it is in a very convenient area close to many restaurants and shopping stores such as Walgreens and Publix.

No service was a little rude.

We stayed in this hotel for five days at the beginning of August with our two-year-old baby and we had booked the most expensive room, when we went up to our room, the air conditioner was not working and we had to stay in that heat in the middle of summer for five days, the smart woman at the reception offered us another room, when we looked at that room, the room did not have a balcony and almost did not see the sea at all, and we did not accept this because we had booked a month in advance and we had paid for a room with a balcony that completely saw the sea. and they didn't want to pay any refund or room price difference, so I found two portable cooling fans in the hallway and took them to my room with their own means, but it was still very very hot and our baby was not sleeping, so we chose a terrible hotel in favor of the hotel, long story short, I see this hotel as a scammer now and there was no cleaning in any way, the hotel's breakfast was terribly bad and we had a bad holiday with everything, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean room reasonable price

Under renovation. Had to call 10x for towels, No pool. Bath Room had no toilet paper holder.

This was the worst hotel I have been in while staying in miami. but not sure how long it has been like this but as for now it was terrible. the staff was pretty good but they could have mentioned the things that were not working or available. upon arrival they also charged me a 60$ fee because I booked trough a 3rd party but that's okay and I understood that. They also gave us wrist bands and spoke about the pool and how we needed this card for towels. mind you the pool was not even ready. their excuse was they are constructing it when we tried going the next morning.okay ? why they didn't mention that upon arrival or when they gave us the card! and there was no one there fixing anything. I got to my room tried turning the tv on it also was not working. I didn't mind because I was out and about. But then came the night and wanted to watch tv or the morning. still wasn't working. they send security to fix it but wasn't fixable. they said I can call to get a room change or wait till the morning. I didn't get a room change because we had already unpacked. I called someone to fix it the next morning still no one. once I got ready to leave I went to front desk and told them again. when I came bck the tv was on and ready. I would say the best experience was the beach. it was nice not going to lie. but it is first come first serve. not too much people. so yea u can use the towels at the beach and for the beach chairs. I can go on about this hotel but everyone has their own opinion!

Staff is unprofessional… bathroom dirty …water not running down the shower .. it’s just horrible…room only got 1 light and can hardly see

The view from our room was beautiful. We were disappointed the pool was closed and undergoing repair. The property looks to have been beautiful at one time, but seems to have been neglected. Our air conditioning was not working, so to avoid loosing the oceanfront balcony, they provided us with a floor fan, it was ok but still hot and humid in the room(between 84 & 92 degrees)not a temperature I would usually be ok with. Our room was clean, the towels & wash clothes were very clean and well laundered. This hotel has great beach acess. We stopped in the bar, but i noticed all the glasses hanging were dirty and spotted and still had lip prints from previous customers, so being a restaurant owner, we opted out of trying the on-site restaurant. There are nice businesses up the street and a Walgreens conveniently located within close walking distance. Our entire floor reeked of weed, so if your planning on bringing children, you might want to stay somewhere else. The staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating. A little remodeling, landscaping and straightening croocked pictures & out dated decoration is definitely necessary. The pool tables have ripped felt, and the sticks were broken or without tips. For the price, view and cleanliness of the room, i might give them another try if the pool is operational and air conditioning is in working order. Also whatever they are using as an air freshener or cleaning product in the lobby smells horrible(nursing home like).

Beach is behind hotel, easy walk.

Piscina fuera de servicio (no indican nada en la pagina sobre esto), no hay parqueo, el desayuno "incluido" lleva solamente pan, queso, cafe y cereal, lo demas se debe pagar como adicional. Salen muy malos olores del servicio sanitario de la habitacion.

Definitivamente es el peor hotel que he estado en mi vida, sin parking, mal trato al cliente, una pérdida de dinero y de tiempo. No fueron vacaciones, fueron dos noches para el olvido. No se como un lugar así puede seguir recibiendo clientes y operando bajo una licencia Hotelera. Sin palabras

Hotel is outdated! Smells, swimming pool under construction… no parking for the car…. Rooms have no phone line … overall poor quality resort … nothing like pictures shown. Will not returned here again.

Very old hotel in need of updating. The pool was closed which was not disclosed on Hotels.com or the hotel's website. No parking onsite which added another $40+ for the nearest parking lot almost 2 blocks away.
