The pillows were very hard.

It was decent for a one night stay but beware of $100 deposit. I did not read the fine print and was only aware when I got there.

Unprofessional and uncooperative staff

This was a decent stay, the only thing is my bedding had long strands of hair in sheets and on mattress cover. Everything else was good.

The three bed option was nice. The place just felt a little dated for the price. It could have been that it was a long weekend, it I paid too much.

I am a local and this was my first time staying here recently and, the place was very clean, floors & beds very clean. I did bring my own Microban to stray my shower fixers & faucets, etc. My remote didn't turn my TV on at first but, after going to the office and discussing the issue with Sam; he addressed it very quickly. And my stay was over for one night was amazing; slept well. Just don't RECK the place!!! And I didn't see homeless around on the grounds on my visit. I actually saw a family enjoying the pool that evening. Thanks for a pleasant stay & safe environment. I will be back later this year! 😃

Nice rooms

Our sheets were dirty and the workers there weren’t able to replace them all due to not having enough clean sheets. Also had no hand soap in our bathroom. I’m a nice ish area of Carlsbad close to downtown but also close to the freeway.

Been here before and stayed

I was upset about running out of toilet paper also the shower had a soap container on the wall of the shower and it was empty i had to go and ask them to please refill it i was exited about to enjoy the pool and it was very dirty

Appeared clean, convenient, renovated, and well maintained. Nothing fancy but best price by 30% or so in the area at peak summer season. We would stay there again, for sure.

If you are looking for a one night stay this is the place. Easy access to the freeway and downtown restaurants. The rooms are a little out dated however my overall experience was good. I would use them again if I’m in the area and need an overnight stay.

The room appeared clean and the noise of the highway was less when the air conditioner was on. Was quite upset when I saw cockroaches in my room.
