Loved it

The staff were exceptional. I felt very safe staying here. The building I stayed in was very secure. The neighborhood is accessible to renown museums and public transportation.

There is a fair bit of noise from folks gathering at the pavillions in the south-east corner of the green during the evenings (and nights). It would be good to signpost : Vacate premises after 11 pm (or such).

It was a college dorm, and I had to reset my expectations. Great price, though, and location was incredible.

The restaurant was not open on Saturday and Sunday. Also didn’t realise that there was no TV in the room.

Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price paid. This property is advertised and priced in a way that may suggest a hotel, but it is actually summer student accommodation. I wanted to change the accommodation as soon as I arrived, but my request was refused. The standard of service was unacceptable. After four days, I had to contact reception myself to ask for clean towels and fresh bed linen. Even more seriously, my personal belongings were removed from my room and placed elsewhere while my reservation was still valid and the room was fully paid for. I was told that this happened because of a system error, but such a serious mistake should never occur. For the amount I paid for two rooms, I could have added only a little more and booked a suite in a genuine five-star hotel, with proper housekeeping, comfort and professional service. This accommodation may be suitable for students or young solo travellers looking for basic facilities, but it is not suitable for a family and certainly does not offer good value for money. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to families.

This was a stay of many records. Primarily, it was the shortest recorded stay I've had of any hotel room- 5 minutes. 5 minutes was what took to go up to my room, assess how bad the situation was, and then book another hotel. This 'hotel' was misleading with it's images and descriptions. I have personally seen better hostels and hole in the walls. The bathroom, in particular, took inspiration from the old asylums and mental institutions with regards to both health and cleanliness. It is comforting in a way to see that there are less clean places than the London Underground. I can go into further detail but I will simply summarize by saying that as a man in his mid 20's traveling abroad, I do not ask for much and I am quite cost conscious. This 'hotel' caused me to book an entirely new room elsewhere at full cost... and I have no regrets. Other than booking this place, of course

It was excellent location, great breakfast and more storage space than other hotel rooms. There was a curtain missing which I'm sure is on the list to replace but the sun woke me up a little early as it was missing :-)

Breakfast has been standing for a while bacon rock hard . Parking excellent. Room clean . Bathroom a little tight and no tv.

It was a very lovely experience. The location ideal for museum visits. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Jag hade nog missat det faktum att detta verkar vara studentrum som hyrs ut som hotell under sommaren. Under vår vistelse så var det väldigt varmt ute och utan AC och minimal möjlighet att öppna fönster så blev det nästintill omöjligt att sova där. Fläkten som ställts in fungerade bara i vissa lägen och ljudet den skapade gjorde det svårt att sova. Sängen var undermålig och obekväm.

Chambre propre et bien équipée, idéalement placée

Room was clean and the reception staff were helpful. I love that they offer to store your luggage in the case you arrive early. To make it known it seems that the building is mainly used as dorms for students and during the summer months converted to a hotel style accommodation. Just to note our room did not have air conditioning just a small desk fan. We we ready for this as most of UK and EU do not use air con. With that being said it fit our needs and was a pleasant stay overall.

Friendly personnel

Clean room, tea coffee water, shampoo etc. towels - all the basics were provided except no fridge (hairdryers can be obtained from reception), and no tv but not necessary.

Only stayed for one night ,only thing I would say was the bed wasn’t very comfortable everything else was just right for what we wanted
