Sensationelles Frühstücksbuffet, besonders der Fruchtsalat war hervorragend! Sehr ruhiges, gemütliches Hotel, sehr sauber, sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr feines Essen, einzig die Matratze könnte man vielleicht mal ersetzen, ich empfand sie etwas als durchgelegen

Hotel molto pulito in cui il personale si dimostra molto gentile e disponibile. Ambiente familiare adatto anche per i bambini che possono visitare l'attiguo mini zoo. Ottima permanenza e anche ottimo il ristorante ,tipico della foresta nera. Ottima la birra!! Lo consigliamo a tutti.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff with some English but didn't tell us that their card machine was broken until we came to check out in the morning. Cleaned us all out of Euro and CHF cash. Other than that, great hotel, staff and food. We arrived after the kithen closed but they still managed to get us something which was a boon after spending 12 hours driving here from Rome.

I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area. It is run by the proprietors who are exceptionally helpful and friendly. For dinner they could have used a bit of help rather than just the 2 of them but they did seem to manage. The hotel was recently renovated and everything was in excellent shape. My only complaint is that the pull out bed that my daughter used was uncomfortable.

A very nice family hotel! Worth of staying longer period.

Lækkert familie hotel, hvor du føler dig velkommen. Alle er yderst hjælpsomme, maden er rigtigt god og de har nogle gode lokale vine, som man bare SKAL smage.

Personal ist super nett. Die Zimmer sind groß, geräumig und hell. Das Bad ist super, das Frühstück lecker und angemessen. Die Abendkarte war vielfältig. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel war rundum voll zufriedenstellend. Die Zimmer waren in einem sauberen Zustand und vor allem sehr groß und hell! Dazu gehört ein großer Balkon und ein schöner Blick auf den Schwarzwald. Zudem ein großes sauberes Bad, zwar ohne Badewanne, dafür aber mit einer großen Dusche. Obwohl wir dem Anschein nach die einzigen Gäste im Hotel waren, fiel das Frühstück sehr üppig aus! Vom Müsli über den Schwarzwälder Räucherschinken bis hin zum Croissant alles reichlich vorhanden. Anders als in vielen anderen Hotels gab es hier beim Frühstück keine Anzeichen von abgezählten Brötchen oder gar Salamischeiben! Die heißen/kalten Getränke waren im Preis inklusive. Das Freizeitangebot ist ebenso vielfältig wobei die Wirtin gerne mit Rat und Broschüren bei der Auswahl behilflich ist!

The hotel is situated in Hausern, a small but lovely village in the middle of the black forest! The hotel is very comfortable, rooms are spacious, modern, and kept very well! Breakfast is delicious, fresh items daily! I would recommend it to all those who are lookign for a relaxing break plus visit the typical black forest villages nearby such as Titisee, Freiburg, Triberg!

Schönes Hotel in abgeschiedener Lage, sehr komfortable Zimmer, nettes Servicepersonal, gutes Frühstück.

massive room with nice view over woodlands, food there is excellent, just really nice staff and a boss place to stay, would highly recommend and would go back without a doubt.

We booked the Hotel Waldlust because of location and price. What we found was a confortable hotel which was well presented and the staff were both friendly and helpful. Run by Claudius and Birgit (not related) with chef Marcel. Claudius speaks good english (a great help as my German is pretty poor) and Birgit tries. Food at the hotel was found to be good quality although personally I found the menu on the restricted side and the addition of a small side salad option (if necessary at extra cost) would be welcomed with some dishes. Overall we had an enjoyable stay made more so by the frienliness of the staff. Somewhere we would go back to when we can afford it.

Das Hotel Waldlust wird seinem Namen gerecht. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und südlich von Bäumen umgeben. Unser Zimmer war sehr hell, freundlich und geräumig. Auch die Zimmereinrichtung überzeugte mit seinem aufeinander abgestimmten Konzept. Im Bad wurde auch erst kürzlich renoviert. Das Essen schmeckte uns ausgezeichnet! Bei unseren Gastgebern fühlten wir uns durch ihre freundliche Art willkommen. Auch der Streichelzoo ist nicht nur was für kleine Leute! Wer Ruhe, gut gelaunte Menschen und ein schönes Wandergebiet sucht, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Schade, dass das Hotel in seiner Expediaanzeige nur wenig Bilder der schönen Hoteleinrichtung zeigt.
