Het is een groot hotel. Alles netjes en schoon.

This hotel was further from Cochem than we hoped for. I booked two rooms for one night at least four months in advance requesting large windows that open. We got one room with a very tiny window only, and one room with a medium size window. The staff was very nice and apologized for not meeting my request saying "they didn't know how this happened". The hotel was full that weekend. At least the windows opened. Also, our room had a terrible smell. Apparently, the drain pipe in the middle of the bathroom floor was the culprit. The lady at the desk poured some cleaner down the drain with a few buckets of water. We then covered the drain with a towel and went to the store to get a car scent hanger to place on top. We went to the restaurant for dinner and waited an hour and a half for our meal. They were very busy that night and apparently not prepared for the weekend (May Day). The meal was nice in spite of the wait. The most positive aspect of our experience was the woman at the desk who tried her best to fix things for us.

Hotel hat die besten Jahre hinter sich, Zimmer ordentlich und sauber, jedoch der Wasserhahn an der Dusche defekt, wir mussten kalt duschen, trotz Reklamation keine Preisreduzierung. Am Frühstück mittelmässige Speisen ,kein frischer O-Saft, 3 Äpfel für 50 Gäste, ziemliches Gedränge am Buffet, Bahnhofsstimmung. Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück für 174 deutlich überteuert.. Wir kommen nicht wieder

Dieses Hotel kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Tolles Zimmer, sauber und auch ein sehr gutes Frühstück!

Suuuuper nice staff at the restaurant and excellent service there.

We booked 3 rooms with air-conditioning during heatwave for multiple days. Upon arrival there was no airco. They offered us to book elsewhere at 9pm. No properties within driving distance w airco. Shower did not drain. Would not recommend. Expedia needs to be more accurate with hotel details so others don't have a similar experience.

nettes Hotel, schöne und ruhige Lage. Komfortabeles Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Als eine Überraschung steht draußen ein Flugzeug.

Modern en proper hotel met een lekker ontbijtbuffet. Zeer ruime kamers. Ideaal als uitvalspoort voor wandelingen en voor uitstapjes naar Rijn of Moezel. In Kastellaun zelf is er echter weinig te beleven. Grootste nadeel voor mijzelf was de instabiele WiFi verbinding.

Net hotel, prima en rustige ligging. Zeer netjes, wel is het grootste deel van de inrichting erg gedateerd. Alles is zeer schoon, maar niet van deze tijd. Bovendien (het was 32 graden buiten toen we er waren) zou airco of een ventilator niet misstaan. Toch, als mensen in deze omgeving moeten zijn is het denk ik wel een goede keuze.
