Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Lovely accommodation and beautiful grounds

We only stayed for one night whilst attending an event at nearby Cadwell Park but our stay may have been short but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfy. Staff were lovely, the lady at check in was very welcoming and explained everything very well. Our rooms were in The Lodge, a separate building to the main house, but this was easy to find and had excellent security. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful house,well kept. Lovely village and woods for walking. We had an excellent evening meal.

Staff very pleasant and accommodating, meals excellent, always cleaned to high standard. Only complaint, bedroom and corridor doors noisy when closing.

Excellent stay at Dower House Hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. We had a deluxe room which was tastefully decorated and spacious. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Ideally located for the golf course. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and an excellent breakfast!

Lovely hotel in a fabulous quiet location. We stayed for 4days the food was good but the menu didn't change in the time we were there, so not a lot of choice. Having said that the area has a number of good eating places nearby. Staff hard working and attentive. Would definitely stay again.

I love this hotel. The highlight is breakfast - really exceptional for this grade of hotel. The rooms are comfortable. I’d like aircon and a fridge in the room to make it really great. You get a desk fan which helps. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

The team were very helpful, courteous and professional. The room was clean and had windows that opened. The room was huge and had a nice view onto the lawns. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Because of its location, it was incredibly quiet.

Dinner menu was limited, we had the beef special, bad idea the gravy beautiful, the beef was as tough as army parade boots, the vegetables were so hard they must have been nearly raw fondant potato was soft all the way through not crisp on outside. One other couple there and they said the same. The staff and hotel room plus restaurant etc were absolutely emaculate. Even though we had to eat out second night it was a good enjoyable few days.

Fabulous Hotel Lovely spacious room Friendly staff I really enjoy having a “Traditional” English breakfast when staying away & I have to say this was the best I can remember having! Compliments to the Chef😊

I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I have to say a great big thank you to the chefs who really took care of my dietary needs with real kindness. I would recommend this lovely hotel in a perfect location and am planning my next visit.
