The historic building and our room were lovely. However it needs to be mentioned that that building has low ceilings and no air conditioning. I was disappointed that the reception staff did not let me know that as I had booked an air conditioned room. The weather was hot and although they provided a standard fan it was only adequate. Having said that the Polish breakfasts were excellent (so much food and cooked to order). And the location is perfect to explore the old city and the riverfront. My husband used the sauna and found it excellent.

We had an issue with a smoky room and then when moved there was a leak and stopper missing in sink. All were attentive it was just an inconvenient to change rooms to a lesser convenience. Breakfast was fantastic! Location was outstanding.

Perfect Old town location. This may be the COOLEST room I've ever stayed in, but it was also the WARMEST. I regret staying in a room with no air conditioning during the hottest week in Europe on record. They did provide a floor fan that pushed a lot of air which helped some, but the fan was very loud. If you like white noise, it might work for you. Between the heat and the fan noise, I didnt sleep. Now to the hotel and the room. The location of the hotel is perfect. They have a small parking lot which is very helpful if you are driving. The room we had was amazing. There were doors leading to an outer area overlooking the river. I dont think all the rooms have this but it was a spectacular feature. The breakfast was superb. The staff were very helpful. Clean. Unique. Historic. I would absolutely stay again as long as it wasn't 100 degrees outside.

Boede i den nye del af hotellet (på den anden side af vejen) hvilket jeg foretrækker, da det er moderne. Den gamle del er også okay. Centralt beliggende hotel, men alligevel roligt beliggende. Hvis man er til polsk mad, er morgenmaden helt fantastisk. har været her mange gange, og kommer helt sikkert igen.

The location and breakfast was excellent, however our room was in the original building and it had no air conditioning so we had to open the windows for air. The area and hotel is very noisy. Even with the windows closed you could hear voices all around, coming from the restaurant on the ground floor and could hear kids screaming and running above us. The WIFI barely worked, continuously going off in our room. There was only one main light switch for the entire room which made it difficult If others are still in bed.

Easy to find and convenient for the old city. Bit of a walk from both train stations though

A unique and slightly quirky hotel. Spacious rooms, close to the river, with the most amazing breakfast selection of hot and cold foods available. Dinner in their dining room was also very good.

Great location, nicely restored old building. Excellent breakfast, but parking paid separately. Ugh

Convenient location and clean environment

Beautiful location, fantastic room and a lovely breakfast too.

We were allocated Room 308. I kid you not - our room came with its own bridge, leading to a separate and private seating area, with a view out over the river. The room was clean, well proportioned and bed comfortable. It had two small armchairs with coffee table between. The bathroom was a decent size so it was a disappointment that the quarter circle shower in the corner was so small. Staff were polite and professional. Breakfast was plentiful - omelettes looked delicious but we were too full from the night before to try them. Location was perfect for exploring the Old Old Town and Old New Town, plus a stroll along the river and over the bridge. Difficult to fault a hotel room that comes with a private bridge. Ask for Room 308. Enjoy.

Very nice room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great vibe and location.

The lady at the registration desk was pleasent and nicebut our room was across the street which was only acceptable by climbing several steep steps. We are both 80 yrs old with significant osteoarthritis and pulling the suitcases from the reception desk to the other side of the street and than lifting it to the top of the steep steps was not only extremely difficult but also very dangerous. No one offer the help or even ask if we need help. The dinner on the evening of our arrival was good but guide expensive. Breakfast was very good. On the day of our departure the lady at the reception desk order our taxi to the train station ,but again did not ask or offer any help with the suitcases.

Soggiornato nell’ala nuova della struttura e tutto è stato perfetto. Camera ampia, bagno con doccia, entrambi puliti. Ambiente tranquillo Non mi ha soddisfatto la colazione solo perché ho gusti diversi da quelli proposti
