Hotel Rooms are clean large and well maintained Good water pressure and solid wall rooms. Reception staff could be more friendly and welcoming and encourage guests to extend their stay. Be aware if you have not included breakfast you cannot add it on the day it has to added the night before according to the owner or else you cant have breakfast. Strange rule but one to be aware of

Literally only slept there overnight, checked in late evening & checked out early morning. Did not dine there or use any other facilities. Only negative was that it was a very hot night & the room was not air conditioned. We did not feel able to open any windows as the room only had patio doors which led onto a communal veranda

Convenient location, very clean, grateful for the coffee-makings in the room (instant coffee.)

Located in the heart of Tervuren, easy access to shops, cafes, a fantastic playground. Very comfortable beds, very clean. Basic room, spacious, not fancy but has everything you need, including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, drinking water, instant coffee, tea, and water kettle. Perfect for our visit with friends living there. We did not have their breakfast- instead chose Jo Coffee (excellent!) and Au Flan Breton bakery (great!), both a short walk away. Would stay here again when visiting Tervuren.

There was no staff available at the front desk or elsewhere on the main floor of the hotel for most of my 7-day stay. One evening, I needed to place an international call to reach someone in the hotel when my room key failed to let me enter the main door of the hotel and no one answered the doorbell. Very poor room soundproofing, and the room door could not be closed without forcing the closure which did not get fixed despite reporting the issue. There are no USB connections anywhere in the room and no electric outlets available at the bedside. I often had to reinitiate the hotel WIFI connection during the day which dropped off unexpectedly. The size of the TV was smaller than a regular computer monitor, so small and so far from the bed that you could not read the subtitles. It also only offered a few channels mostly in Dutch and German. While listing the other national and international channels, it did not give you access to them. The bathroom lacked facial towels and shampoo, but this was addressed by the cleaning room staff who was professional and helpful in their response, and the only professional staff seen in the hotel during my stay.

Helaas geen airco in de kamer, en slechts een ventilator die voor verkoeling zorgen moet. Een raam open laten staan is mogelijk, echter kan iemand van buitenaf vrijeenvoudig dan binnenkomen. Ontbijt was karig en het personeel bij het ontbijt niet echt vriendelijk. De mevrouw van de receptie bij ontvangst was echter zeer aardig en hulpvaardig om een restaurant te vinden op maandagavond. (geen eigen restaurant helaas) Douchen in het bad was niet eenvoudig; hoge instap en gladde bodem bij het uitstappen.

The staff was kind and helpful! The airlines we flew lost our son's luggage and the staff at the Rastelli was extremely helpful in helping us figure out what was going on with it. This property is in a small quiet town, and is a very comfortable spot with nice, basic rooms and a good breakfast.

Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich mit großem Raum und einer kleinen Küche , die mit Töpfen, Bestecks und auch Spülmittel gestaltet ist. Man hat den Supermarkt und vielen Restaurants herum. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Tres bon séjour ; bonne réception ; petit bémol: les serviettes sont très fines : difficile de bien s’essuyer après la douche.

This hotel was great ! The staff was nice and helpful! The location is great, near restaurants, supermarket and the African museum. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent! I highly recommend this place! Thank you!

Die Heizung lief im Zimmer drei Tage lang nicht. Im Winter ist dies unvorstellbar! Gott sei dank war das Wetter mild. Sie sollten als Entschädigung einen Teil der Zimmerkosten zurückerstatten, aber davon war nie die Rede.

Die Zimmertür konnte nur mit Gewalt(!) geöffnet und geschlossen werden.
