It was very convenient for the town centre

The stay was lovely, the room was nicely decorated the pictures on hotels.com are a bit outdated. The staff were also very nice, would definitely visit again.

Great stay, must mention the comfortable bed, what a pleasure. Had ensuite room, very good with toiletries provided. Safe and secure parking, locked overnight. Single room wasn't as small as expected. Public bar as well, and shared kitchen.

Staff were so lovely and welcoming! Was upgraded to a room with an en-suite which was a very pleasant surprise. Room was very clean, bedding was lovely and lots of towels! Bathroom light and shower was a bit confusing to work out how to use but the shower was nice and the bathroom was lovely and very clean.

Just what i was after close to where i was working and room was a1

Area felt run down. The room was very dated and in places there was chipped paint and possibly mould. No plug in the sink. Very aware of noise from other rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable, the lady that greeted me was super helpful and very friendly, I will definitely stay there again

Woken up 7 30 Saturday morning by loud banging doing roof repairs door handles falling off shower very run down

Modern, comfortable and secure, budget conscious as it's just for a sleep, reccomended

It does what it says on the tin,it’s a budget hotel and is being done up as they go along,it’s cheap and a plus point for worker is the car park which is locked at 10.39 pm at night till 06.30 in the morning

It serves the purpose.

Not the Ritz, but very economical

Perfect for me as i work away from home ,lovely welcome and all information clearly explained about the codes and carpark , clean room ,comfy bed ,i paid for shared bathroom and the shower and it the best shower ive had in any hotel ,powerfull and hot water straight away and always clean , as i have a van full of tools i was graeful to hear the automatic carpark gate shuts at 1030pm and opens at 630am (can get out between aswell) great piece of mind and great idea ,very impressive, will def use again once im in the area .

The hotel is dated, scruffy and not particularly clean. We had guests fighting outside our room using CS spray! Yes, CS spray. Breakfast is a joke, old bread and milk in a dirty dining room. Checked out after 1 night. Have stayed in 100's of hotels all over the world and this is one of the worst.

There are improvements in progress. Thehotel was good value.for money and cereals/toast was provided. A pleasent stay . When next in Peterborough, i would revisit newark hotel.
