Nothing was good about this hotel. Shabby rooms, dirty stained linens, mosquitoes in the room, flies in bathroom and toilet seat with deep stains. Yuck this place was

I had booked a standard room with king size bed plus an extra bed to which on arrival I was said that all the std rooms are full. I was given a twin bed room with extra bed and told I'll get the king size bedroom next morning. I did get the king size room but the room was pathetic, the bed has bedbugs, the toilet had insects, mosquitoes on it's roof n all over other places. The water kettle had leftover milk, no towels were given etc. When questioned all I got was sorry. The hotel is good, the rooms r spacious it's really nice, but the management needs to become more responsible.

It was good overall could have maintained well. But it is worth for money.

It was ok. Food Quality is Great, tasty. But service is horrible too much slow. After order minimum 1 hours for foods in 3 days always serve cold food but tasty. Cleanliness is not upto marks. Towels not provided soap is not provided. Beds need to change its spring bed. Not good for sleep. Staff is Cooperative, good staff and always smiles make good feelings. Refer by iit dharwad but not upto the marks.

It was a hard stay at the hotel there was no on time breakfast. All the entertainment channels were blocked. Wi-Fi connections were not good. It was told airport drop will be complimentary but service was not available due to cab breakdown. Receptionist were unable to arrange alternate service.
