For a property that advertises they do early check-ins, we did not receive that in the slightest even after calling ahead and asking for an early check in. When we arrived, we were told our room wasn’t ready and to come back at 2 pm, then 2:30 pm, then 3 pm & then they said 3:30. We went back around 3:45 and then we heard the “10 more minutes- oh, just 5 more minutes” although this was very annoying, it wasn’t enough to prompt me to leave this review, it was everything else we encountered. ALL front desk staff are rude!! They’re never helpful, barely greet you, & give the snarkiest comments. For the 5 nights we stayed here, we did not receive housekeeping services at all. However we did request lean towels and received them. On our second morning, there was a notice by our door that the exterminator will be servicing each room starting at 9:30 AM, this was a little annoying as we were stepping out that day and had to hurry to put all of our personal items away. Also, The room fire alarm would go off randomly!!! We do not smoke so that was bothersome. Now, when it was time to check out, we asked for a later check out - we only needed an hour or two and to be honest, we would’ve took whatever they gave us. The lady at the front was just like nope not on Saturdays without any further consideration. I felt like for all they put us through during check in, it would’ve been a nice gesture to let us check out by 11 AM but again, just not helpful at all!

Lovely stay at the Atrium, amazing clean and great staff

It was convenient for me because it was close to the airport. Strange enough, the doors of the rooms are from WW II. They should do something about that.

Room spacious and a good view

Staff super friendly...some more capable then others at getting things done. Great "onsite" beach bar restaurant...very nice beach...calm, clean...Chairs &umbrellas available for guests

My stay was short due to a flight layover. Liked the he properties closeness to outside restaurants and grocery market. It was quiet allowing for a restful sleep. The rooms are dated and could use a renovation but that's also reflected by the price point. I recommend The Atrium If you need a cost effective stay and don't mind a non-modern design.

Cleaning only in the bathroom, no arranging the bed, no cleaning the kitchen nor the room, no replenish the coffee for second and third day

The cable service is terrible I couldn’t even watch tv it was going in and out buffering and going black this is a bad thing I am very upset that I couldn’t watch the NBA. Finals

Room were clean, happy there was a refrigerator and stove.

Would be nice to get some water/soda in the fridge and a continental breakfast atleast
