J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, l’accueil et le cadre étaient vraiment appréciables. Cependant, j'ai été un peu déçus par la restauration. Les prix sont relativement élevés, ce qui pourrait se justifier par la qualité… malheureusement, plusieurs plats annoncés à la carte étaient systématiquement indisponibles lors de mon passage, ce qui limitait beaucoup le choix. Même constat du côté des cocktails : la majorité de ceux proposés sur la carte n’étaient pas disponibles, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement de ce standing. Cela reste une bonne adresse, mais un petit effort à ce niveau améliorerait nettement l’expérience.

Beau séjour agréable pré-croisière. Superbe buffet déjeuner.

Nice centrally located property walkable to many attractions, nice staff, rooms are nice but overall more attention to details would be needed and some renos are due, bathroom wasn’t super clean, gym is poor with only 4 cardio machines (no weights) that are very weathered including one that was broken.

Un peu cher, mais c’est un bel hôtel moderne et notre chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée. Très bien situé pour une nuitée ou deux au cœur de Fort-de-France.

A very comfortable hotel convenient for city centre with lovely staff and a great restaurant.

Séjour d'une nuit, personnel accueillant, literie confortable. Belle terrasse du bar donnant sur le port pour les balades en mer et non le port de croisière situé à 20 min à pied.

Check-in was very quick and easy. She was extremely friendly and ensured we had help to the room with luggage and a cab when we were leaving. Downside was some service in the hotel restaurant. One of our waitresses was not the friendliest maybe because we don’t speak French but the others were nice. The one waitresses smiled and seemed attentive to those who did speak French based on what I saw. The room had all the amenities and is in a nice little area to walk around and watch boats coming in and out. It was a 15 euro cab ride from cruise port to the hotel and then 40 to the airport if anyone wants an idea of cost.

Restaurant Bolibar was good, but the 'rules' about where you could take a drink that you ordered at the bar were rediculous. In the website it quite states that you can take your drink to the to the terrace but the service staff will not allow that

Close to cruise terminal. Clean and quiet. Not very good food options. If you’re American, there is a McDonald’s and KFC within walking distance. No other American food options.

hotel très bien situé, le service et la sécurité tout à fait conformes à sa réputation et un restaurant agréable; L' engagement d'écoresponsabilité respecté, sans négliger le confort des hôtes. Le petit déjeuner reste toutefois à un prix un peu onéreux .

Lovely place and people!

The ladies at check in were so lovely and great to work with as we arrived early. They stored our luggage, gave lunch tips and were terrific on our return. Rooms are just what we needed, clean, good size, terrific shower. Highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is very expensive for how bad the property is. It’s very old, the A/C did not work, and seems very dirty.

The front desk staff were excellent and very kind and accomodating. However, the bar and restaurant staff were very slow. We were the only ones in the bar at one point and literally had to hunt down the bartender for another drink. The morning buffet ran out of eggs and silverware and dishes. And the patio eatting area isn't large enough to accommodate a hotel of that size.

This hotel is not quite a 4*, but it's trying. Nothing was terrible, but nothing was great. Housekeeping was very inconsistent, shower design needs a fix - water can go all over the bathroom. People were friendly.

Unterkunft ist gut. Service ist sehr nett und bemüht.

Quelques dérapages, mais toujours un personnel souriant agréable et un emplacement parfait Très bel établissement, qui doit fait les efforts pour le rester car le budget n'est pas anodin. Un bar et restaurant sur place. Je recommande pour les voyage d'affaires comme pour les touristes.

Mon séjour à été magnifique l'hôtel est propre et jolie avec une très belle vue sur la baie de fort de France accueil est excellent

Air conditioning was inadequate. Poor selection for buffet breakfast. Sausage was warm. Bacon and scrambled eggs were cold.

Mon séjours était juste 2 nuits cela c'est très bien passé je me suis bien amusez la vue est magnifique de l'hôtel sur les bateaux qui rentraient sur les quai
