Je tiens à dire que ce n'est pas parce que je vie en Martinique que le personnel doit être désagréable avec moi au profit de métropolitain. Je suis client tout comme je paye mes services Tout comme eux je dois donc être traité à la même enseigne. Revoyez donc votre personnel.

Comme je l ai exprimé verbalement lors d un entretien avec la directrice, fortement déçue d avoir été méprisée par leur hôtesse d accueil de nuit.. qui m’a demandé si «  c est sur le toit » qu elle allait nous mettre !! propos insultants et inacceptables

The rooms that you see and choose from on their website and Expedia are not the rooms you get ..rooms are very small and the descriptions are very inaccurate.....what you get is not what you receive...over priced for the actual room you stay in....not recommended.. notbthe rooms yo not rhe

I had great hopes, but I was very disappointed. The breakfast is ok, but it's the same thing every day. The room is old and in desperate need of updating and repair. The towels are old and raggedy. The bedsheets are rough, and the pillows are flat. There's no place to just sit and relax, other than the tiny corner by the tiny pool that I dared not use. The location is relatively near the center of the city, but the walk there is treacherous. There's an overpriced restaurant that opens only at 7:00 PM, and down the road there's another overpriced restaurant. There's nothing else near the hotel, nothing.

Siamo stati contenti della camera, parcheggio gratuito in strada facilmente disponibile. Colazione a buffet molto buona! É importante avere un auto per muoversi…

The restaurant next door was only place within walking distance for breakfast and the 23 Euro price was a bit much.

Hôtel un peu vieillot.Il ne dispose pas d'ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres ce qui peut poser problème pour certaines personnes.le restaurant propose un menu correct et bon avec un bon rapport qualité prix.Par contre le choix de vin est limité car ceux de la carte ne sont pas tous disponibles.la piscine est vraiment petite.

Property was good and the stay was good the only reason I gave a 4 star is because the housekeeper keeps forgetting to replenish my coffee.

Proximity to the city centre

I was hoping to be a little closer to a beach area. I think that the hotel is perfect for holding business conventions. We really enjoyed the restaurant and the room. Very spacious and plenty of shelving for storage.

The hotel was okay but not wow for the price. I paid $230 CAD. I must say the buffet was okay but not wow. Otherwise you can walk to the main area takes around 20 minutes.

Property was very clean and the restaurant onsite had excellent food, the person at the front desk spoke English and was able to provide us with all the information we needed.
