Excellent sejour petit dejeuner frais et delicieux chambre propre

Cadre verdoyant magnifique on a passer un bon séjour personnel très cool.. Literie un peux dure manque de confort..

J'y suis déjà allée il y a deux ans et c'est toujours un plaisir d'y retourner ! Tout le personnel est gentil et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et il y a pas mal de choix au buffet du soir. C'est très agréable d'avoir la piscine et la mer à côté !

Hotel tres bien situé direct sur plage,magnifique jardin tres arboré. La chambre etait tres bien ,nous etions dans la nouvelle partie,Esprit Créole. Etant Esprit Créole, nous avons bénéficié de plusieurs avanrages,dîner et petit déjeuner au resraurant

The actual resort was beautiful but other than the pool and beach, there was nothing else to do. The food was okay. This is not a great travel destination for Americans, unless fluent in French. The American was flying inverted, which made us stay at the resort and not travel outside. Overall, pretty resort and that is the only positive I can provide.

The property fails to inform their guests of everyday rules. And those rules are absurd. I could go on and on about how ridiculous they r. I have been in the hotel business for over 23 years and I can tell u. They don't know how to run a hotel. Food subpar. All buffets unless you upgrade, which we did. Then just ok. U cannot buy a drink at the bar and carry it to ur table. You cannot sit on the beach in the am on ur way to breakfast. The cash bar was subpar. No communication at all about turning on lights or air. Meaning we checked in and had to place a key into a slot to just turn on lights but we were not informed. I could go on forever!

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was a little firm and lotion in the bathroom would've been a nice amenity. The staff were always very attentive, helpful and friendly. Included breakfast and dinner made this stay an excellent value and food was tasty with much variety. The layout and greenery on the grounds give it a warm, welcoming and relaxing vibe. The compound is also quiet and this contributed to a relaxed atmosphere for vacationing

La bungalow est impeccable, bien agencé, spacieux.

Chambre correcte,assez grande mais sombre et manque d'éléments de rangements.

Chambre très grande et bien équipée. juste un peu sombre. Personnel souiriant et compétent.

Più o meno tutto pessimo. L’hotel avrebbe anche un buon potenziale vista la posizione. Carina la location, sul mare con una spiaggia carina ed in posizione strategica per chi vuole andare alla scoperta dell’isola. La lista degli aspetti negativi sarebbe infinita ma in primis annovero l’incapacità del personale nel trattare con gli ospiti soprattutto in caso di problemi. Siamo stati letteralmente invasi in camera per tutto il soggiorno da decine e decine di zanzare, di giorno e di notte senza poter dormire tranquillamente. Io lascio la Martini a con all’incirca 40 punture sul corpo, tutte accumulate mentre ero in camera. Ho finito per dover dormire cosparsa di autan. Nonostante le ripetute segnal’azioni, dalla reception non hanno preso seriamente in considerazione il problema, dicendo di aver fatto dei trattamenti (che non hanno prodotto nessun risultato) per poi concludere che avremmo dovuto sopportare perché in Martinica ci sono le zanzare e loro non ci posso fare niente. A me viene in mente, una disinfestazione, piuttosto che delle zanzariere o il vape nelle camere. Altra nota dolente la ristorazione, che pena il ristorante, a colazione forse a malapena sufficiente. Per la cena, veramente scarso il buffet, a tal punto da spingerci a cenare fuori alcune sere nonostante avessimo la mezza pensione. Per non parlare della sera in cui é mancata l’acqua, nulla si é saputo salvo dirci di pazientare. Ci siamo dovuti far la doccia con l’acqua delle bottiglie.
