Room was very hot and the AC was not set for cooling, just heating. Great location, confortable and clean.

Communication with property management is very challenging. Email is the primary way they communicate and response is not very fast. My original credit card used to make reservations had been lost and they refused to give me a room one day prior to checkin while I was traveling across the Atlantic unless I provided the 16 digit card number, expiration and cvv code via email

We had some issues with the check in process but it was all on my data plan and not the hotel. After we got in, we had no problems. The room was great- spacious and clean.

No staff on site at all. Not easy to check in. Good location.

We had a terrible experience at this apartment hotel. The apartment, we booked had a strong mold smell, which gave us headaches and made it impossible to stay. Despite our efforts to air out the room by opening windows for a few hours, the smell persisted. Upon closer inspection, we found mold in the shower and at the bottom of the doors, where the wood had even expanded from moisture, as shown in the photos. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable sleeping there due to the mold issue, we both suffer from severe allergies. When we requested different accommodations, none were available, and our request for a refund for the nights we did not stay was denied by the management. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night, on what was supposed to be a special birthday trip for us both, and had to scramble to find alternative accommodations at 11pm the night we arrived to Seville. While the view from the rooftop was nice, it didn’t make up for the stress and health concerns caused by the mold. I’m sharing this review so others can be aware before booking. The experience was far from what we expected based on the listing.

３階のダブルベッドの部屋でしたが、ほどよい広さ、とても清潔で、毎日の掃除も行き届いていました。事前のやりとりも大変丁寧でわかりやすく、チェックインやアクセスコードのやりとりもスムーズでした。屋上があり、ここから間近に大聖堂が見え、街並みを見ることもできます。夜にライトアップされた大聖堂を、好きなだけくつろいで見ていられたのは最高の体験でした。 電子レンジ、コンロ、鍋各種、食器類、カトラリーに加え、デロンギのコーヒーマシンと専用のコーヒーカプセル、ティーバッグ、ミルクや塩、砂糖があり、日々補給されます。 シャワーは上からのものと、手で持てて動かせるタイプの２種類、充分量のお湯が出て、排水が詰まることもありませんでした。 トイレットペーパーは常に多めに常備され安心でした。 大聖堂までは徒歩30秒という好立地、セビーリャの観光には完璧な条件でした。８月の訪問でしたが、観光の途中、気温が一番高い時間帯に食べ物飲み物を調達して部屋でゆっくり休みつつ楽しみ、日が傾いてから再出発する、といったことが無理なくできました。 次にセビーリャに来ることがあれば、ぜひまた利用したいホテルです。

Enjoyed everything about this beautiful apartment, location is amazing, many dining options to go to, the only downside was the shower not being as clean as I would like to, the musty odors was very uncomfortable only in the bathroom everything else was clean.

Three things I didn’t appreciate: 1. You have to burn international minutes to check into this place. They don’t have someone waiting and you need to call to check in. 2. AC doesn’t really work at all 3. No WiFi

객실 상태, 크기 모두 가족 여행자가 사용하기에 만족스럽습니다. 다만, 캐리어 보관 장소에 쓰레기통이 같이 있어 냄새가 나는 문제는 해결되었으면 좋겠습니다.

Mostly clean and comfortable, but one complaint is that the show leaks water.

Lugar bonito bien ubicado. No funcionaba agua caliente ni caja fuerte Pero lo peor fue cuando se desactivo el mecanismo digital de acceso. Estuve 4 horas sin poder entrar, n la calle Fue demasiado incómodo y me sentí muy vulnerada.

Perfect location. Easy and convenient to everything.

Walking distance to cathedral, taxis everywhere and shops. Definitely recommend this stay

Good location, very responsive over whatsapp.

Very well located, clear instructions to access the room. The TV with problems, a bit of a bad smell and a not very comfortable bed, narrow and with a mattress with too much use.
