Parfait, joli chalet en bois en bord de foret au pied de la montagne. Très bien équipé, de la place et un barbecue dans le jardin.

These small cottages served us well. Not exactly new accommodations but cute and comfortable. Really appreciated how affordable they were.

These little cabins are on beautiful property and the view has so far been unmatched on our trip! Everything you need is provided for a comfortable stay. We were even able to see northern lights one night of our stay (and probability was only a 3 out of 9!!)

Very well equipped and comfortable cottage for our 2 day stay. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The location is not very convenient for any activities, at least any that we knew of. The city of Egilstaddir is about a 20 minute drive. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Super nice cabin in a great area, convenient to a lot of great sights. Only a few minutes outside of Egilsstaðir, but feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere.

This was a true highlight. Not fancy but clean, cozy, and completely everything you need for a quiet night. Read a book on the porch and watched the light change, made a little dinner, had a great sleep, etc. just lovely.

Super cute cedar cabins. Well laid out with little kitchenette. The bathroom is nice as well. Love how the house was integrated into the surrounds of the trees and the farmland around the area with a little stream in back of the cabin. The supermarket is about 20 minute drive back into town and nice areas to explore too Loved every moment and would recommend others to come and experience e the friendly hospitality of the host and the horses 🐎 👍

Super sejour de 2 nuits. Un peu à l'etroit à 3 dans une petite cabane mais rien de majeur.

We loved our cabins (traveling with another couple). The whole set up is attractive and comfortable and we wanted to stay for longer than the two nights we were there. The staff were lovely and helpful.

Die kleinen Cottages sind größer als gedacht. Sie liegen oberhalb der Straße, sehr ruhig. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Empfang war nett, jedoch war das auch schon alles. Uns wurde an der Haustür von der Besitzerin die Funktion der Tür fürs Häuschen erklärt und gesagt: wenn ihr geht, lasst den Schlüssel einfach drin hängen. Im Cottage an der Spüle hängt ein Schild, dass jeder Benutzer sein Geschirr waschen soll. Man ist also auf die Sauberkeit des vorherigen Mieters angewiesen. Hat bei uns nicht funktioniert, wird wohl auch nicht kontrolliert. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort, fanden es war ok.

We loved our little cabin at Stora Sandfell! The cabins are nextled amongst fir trees, so felt very private. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The bathroom was larger than expected. This was an excellent location for us as it was located within a 2 hour radius of several sites we wanted to see. The cabin even had a little porch. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

What a sweet set-up and such a lovely owner. It is pure serenity in the midst of mountains and farm fields.
