Mon sejour a ete parfait. La chambre est spacieuse , propre et il y avait tout le necessaire. La piscine chauffée est super sympa avec jaccuzzi et jets d eau. Le service etait impeccable . L hotel a ete attentionné de maniere incroyable. Je suis un client gold grand voyageur. Cet hotel sur Tunis est ideal et son emplacement remarquable.

Nous avons apprécie la gentillesse du personnel et la propreté des lieux par contre en ce qui concerne les serviettes et les peignoirs c’est la catastrophe il faut vraiment pensé a les changer c’est très usée impossible de les utiliser Merci

Great Place

It was a nice appartment, spacious, clean and confortable. Its a dhame the full kitchen had no accessories whatsover, so the kitchen was usless.

I booked through Expedia. My flight arrived late . I was told that they are fully booked and room availability not updated in their expedia website. The front desk was trying to look for alternatives accommodation ( his Nawfal thank to him) . I ended up paying lot more than planned.during this time I have not lots of girls were coming with tight clothes and it seems using that hotel for dating! My wife, my daughter and myself felt very uncomfortable. I would not come to this place again. Good that I did not sleep in that place.

The hotel was nice, clean and modern, workers in the cafeteria were extremely nice and helpful. On the other hand the appartement was poorly prepared, No guest directory that should contain all mandatory information that might interest the guests and enhance their stay was provided even after asking for it. The hotel didn't provide detailed insights into the variety of amenities available, receptionists were sometimes rude and condescending, for the apartment, no brush for the toilets was there and there were 3 of them, no hand towels only big ones. The music in the cafeteria started in the afternoon and went till after midnight and was very loud.

Satisfaite

We are family of 6, and 2 of the three rooms had small beds that two people couldnt sleep on. We slept on the sofa, also we waited for about 1 hour at check-in. It's a good hotel, but this time, we weren't as much happy as before

Le jour de notre arrivée les chambre n’était pas prête sachant que nous étions épuisé du voyage nous avons attendu 2heures pour ce retrouver dans une chambre sans électricité et vétuste par la suite au long du séjour nous avons gravement était déçu par le service le ménage mal fais fer à repasser ne fonctionner pas pas de sèche cheveux les odeurs dans les pièces l’eau qui coule par tout et le frigo qui coule de l’eau et le pire de tous le mini bar et payant c’est vraiment inadmissible je suis aller dans plusieurs palace de luxe et je n’ai jamais eu de supplément sachant le prix qu’on payer à l’hôtel Nous avons passé un séjour affreux mes beaux parents son déçu car mon beau père a glissé par terre a cause de l’eau et les nuisances sonore. Nous avons réclamé mais rien ces passé
