Soweit war alles gut, allerdings wurde zweimal darum gebeten, den kaputten Fön auszutauschen, was leider nicht passiert ist.

Great hotel, good and central location.

Excellent location next to a train station . Extremely friendly and helpful reception staff . Free soft drinks and a bottle of prosecco in the fridge in the room was very kind . Lovely breakfast cooked to order. The cleaners for the room were very thorough and there a nice rooftop hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay at the Loft Hotel

The Loft var et perfekt hotell med gang avstand til alt i Krakow.Rommet vi fikk var stort og romslig, nydelig bad og med komplimentert drikke. Frokost var til 11 så du får muligheten til å sove lenge. Vi kommer garantert tilbake til the Loft.

Dark, modern, spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower cubicle was tiny. Welcome bottle of bubbly a nice touch and free juice and soft drinks in the mini fridge. Included Breakfast was excellent. Lots of delicious continental buffet options then you can also order a cooked item such as omelette etc if you want! . Great Italian restaurant and bar on site. Quite well-located, about 20 minute walk to the gorgeous Old Town Market Square, a train station next door and a cheap Uber ride from main station. Recommend.

Lovley hotel, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a good choice for breakfast and cooked food was freshly made to order. Only downside is that it is on a very busy corner but it didn't spoil our stay.

Lovley hotel, very comfortable bed and stylish rooms. Even a complementary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The only downfall which isnt even the hotels fault is the noise of the trams outside. If you aren't used to noise at night they can be disruptive which is a shame as its a great hotel.

Bra opphold

The staff were great and the rooms were stocked with whatever you need (all included in the stay). However for me, my room was right on the corner of the building and the screeching from the tram on the street outside was so loud all night. Added to this the mattress was sagging, making for a bad night's sleep. The sauna is good but small. A water cooler and fresh towels are needed in the space. Also need to sort the gap at the top of the door as it lets all the heat out.

The stay would have been perfect if the staff understood English or if we had known some Polish. Other than that, the stay was excellent. The food in the cafe was awesome. The breakfast buffet was star quality. The room was so unique . We loved it.

A fantastic location with easy access to the City, 5 minute walk to the square, 10 minutes to the Jewish Quarter or Castle. Staff very helpful, great Breakfast, fantastic value for money. Only downside... Rooms are great but lack storage if you're staying for a few days and like to unpack. That said, they will deliver extra furniture to your room if required (seriously). We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
