I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always ready with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. They went out of their way to answer questions and provide assistance, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the attentive service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and hassle-free experience

Fantastic room, courteous and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet and their Craft restaurant was also very good well above typical hotel fare. Our waiter on the evening of 2-9-25 was superb.

The Bridge in Wroclaw is one of my favorite hotels! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the hotel has such a wonderful atmosphere. I love the design of both the common areas and the rooms. The location is fantastic, and I highly recommend staying in the junior suite!

Total schönes und stylisches Hotel mit ein paar Gadgets die einfach Sinn machen. Ein Beispiel sind eingebaute Lautsprecher im Bad, die über den Fernseher steuerbar sind. Auch die ganze Atmosphäre ist angenehm. Schade war nur, dass eine Sauna außer Betrieb war.

Typical Mgallery hotel. You cant go wrong. Great location and facilities including the bedding, sound system in the room etc.

Sehr gut

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Nur der check-in bzw. check-out könnten besser sein, da lediglich immer nur ein Schalter besetzt war, was zu Wartenzeiten von jeweils ca. 25 Minuten geführt hat. Bei einem 5 Sterne Haus erwarte ich ausreichend Servicepersonal. Zudem wurde uns ein Platz in der Tiefgarage zugewiesen, obwohl diese komplett besetzt war und niemand mehr einen Überblick über die abgestellten Fahrzeuge hatte.

Hotel maravilhoso! Cafe da manhã sofisticado, localização fantástica. Restaurante ótimo. Funcionários cordiais! Tudo de bom!

Staying in this city twice a month. Arrived at 2:00 pm and was told the check in time was 3:00 pm. A fee would be applied for early check in. This is not what a business traveller needs, so I will not book this hotel again.

Neu- und hochwertiges Hotel in sehr guter Lage an/auf der Dominsel. Fußläufig ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Das teure Parken in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage kann durch das Parken an den günstigeren öffentlichen Parkplätzen vermieden werden. Frühstücksbüffet sehr gut und qualitativ hochwertig. Personal weitgehend freundlich. Lage und Umgebung ruhig.

Everything was fine the room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. I can only regret that when I arrived 45 min before the checking, I was told blankly to wait 3 o'clock. The reception did not even check if a room was available for my comfort. Disappointed. Reception on check out was very nice.
