Nice large, clean rooms. Older building so some smells and noise travel easily throughout but was still a quiet stay. Comfortable bed. Parking good, no issues with security. Breakfast was a typical poor quality experience you’d find at an economy chain hotel but happy to see there was almond milk. They could make breakfast so much better since there’s not that many rooms. Real bacon, real eggs, fresh local baking, good coffee could make all the difference. Good thing downtown is close by

The snow on the walkway was not shoveled and dangerous.The toilet seat was uncomfortable,way too low.The breakfast was sparse. I did not enjoy my stay,that is why I went elsewhere.

Would not allow us to register but charged us for the stay. I slept in my car and was charged for the room. Awful customer service.

Parking passes seem like overkill, but I imagine they've had issues with illegal parking with the hospital nearby. Not liking the half-pillows they provide like a lot of hotels do nowadays. To be fair, we didn't ask for more or different pillows, however with the price point that Thunder Bay hotels are at these days seems like something like a normal quality pillow should be a given. All in all these are very minor things to bring up. I want to be clear that I would 100% stay there again.

This was my second stay at this hotel. And they’re very consistent with their top quality conditions. I definitely will be staying there again. And would highly recommend anyone else but wants quality cleanliness and an awesome healthy breakfast. Stay at this place.

Cool concept for a hotel that kept the old courthouse aesthetic. Parking is easy, convenient and included. Close to St. Joseph’s hospital and most hip downtown restaurants. Breakfast is good and fresh and included with your room reservation. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean and bed was super comfy. Asked about getting a crib for our room and was kind of given the run around from front desk about needing to talk to housekeeping and calling back later, so we just brought our portable one. Honestly, you can’t go wrong for the price. Good stay, solid hotel.
