Estadia foi muito boa, a localização é ótima, perto de tudo no centro histórico (perto de lojas, feirinhas, restaurantes, igrejas e museus), mas não é muito barulhento. O tamanho do quarto é ótimo, cama grande e confortável, banheiro bom também (privada super tecnológica e chuveiro ótimo) e uma varandinha gostosa para tomar um cafézinho. Rooftop muito gostoso para descansar no fim do dia ou curtir a piscina, bar com drinks bons. Equipe do hotel em geral foi muito atenciosa. Somente tenha em mente que a noite a entrada do hotel não fica aberta então tem que chegar e bater na porta para abrirem (no nosso caso levou no máximo de um minuto esse processo).

Nice property, lots of marble and granite. Excellent location. Comfy king size bed, good hot shower. Staff was disinterested, any request seemed a bother despite low occupancy. Had to insist to get the breakfast we'd paid for, never served complete. Bathrobe disappeared day of our 8 day stay not replaced. Never washed coffee cups. We didn't feel welcome, the staff always had their nose in their phones. Pity.

Muy lindo hotel, la instalación del cuarto increíble, sobre todo el baño. Unico problema, es el ruido exterior porque está demasiado bien ubicado en el centro histórico, hay movimiento a todas horas. Muy serviciales, la terraza increible.

Excellent room, quality bed, large bathroom, very spacious and quite new. The staff is the best, they really go out of their way to make your stay special. The general manager jessica definitely stands out as an amazing host. Cant go wrong here really...

Very convenient and close to everything. Clean and safe. I like the fact that there is a security at the door. Welcoming everyone., staff is very polite.

There is supposed to be a 24/7 security guard to let you into the hotel at night when they lock the doors. There was no guard to let us in, leaving us outside in the middle of the night for quite some time. There was also an issue with our door, so electronic keys would not work and the staff had to walk to our room with a master key to let us in our last two days there. There was no hot water the first two days. Anytime I’d make a request (for bottled water, for example), they would say yes then never fulfill the request. It was a very frustrating stay.

This is a fabulosos hotel! It will be my main stay for years to come. I will use any excuse to come back (last time it was Talavera shopping). The hotel is modern, edgy but elegant, and no detall is lleft without attention. Super comfortable and in the middle of everything.

Todo estuvo excelente, atención de primera, hotel limpio y tranquilo, bien ubicado, moderno, lo único que no estuvo bien es su convenio de estacionamiento, muy caro y mal servicio del lugar, por ese detalle no regresaría

Es un hotel increíble, el tema que si afecta bastante y creo por esa razón no vuelvo es el estacionamiento, pero es un hotel precioso.
